中国网浪潮资讯 北京时间7月7日起，浙江自贸试验区出入境开始实施新政，主要包括具有创新创业意愿的外国留学生，可以凭我国高校毕业证书申请2至5年有效的私人事务类居留许可，进行毕业实习及创新创业活动等七条。

CNCAO NEWS Since July 7 th Beijing time, Zhejiang pilot free trade zone  began to implement the New Deal on the entry and exit, it mainly includes that international students with innovative entrepreneurial intention can apply for residence permits of 2 to 5 years in accordance with Chinese college graduation certificate, and carry out graduation practice and innovation and entrepreneurship activities and so on seven rules.

　　据悉，新政主要服务外籍高层次人才、外籍华人、外籍留学生和长期在华工作人员等群体。将进一步降低外籍人才申领口岸签证、停留居留、永久居留标准门槛，放宽居留期限、简化报批材料。此举有利于激发外籍华人回国创新创业热情，便于自贸区聚集高层次人才。

It is reported that the main service object of New Deal is foreign high-level talents, overseas Chinese, international students and long-term staffs in China and other groups, it will further reduce the standard threshold for foreign talent to apply for port visas, stay, permanent residence, and extend the limit of residence time, and simplify approval materials.This will help stimulate the innovation and entrepreneurship enthusiasm of foreign Chinese to return to the country, and facilitate the gathering of high-level talents in the free trade area.
