中国网浪潮资讯  诺奖得主 乔治·斯穆特博士近日将带领团队到宁波落户创业发展，目前，项目审批、选址、规划工作等都已经完成，成为诺奖得主来中国创业的首例。

　　乔治·斯穆特博士说，准备在宁波创业打造中国最大的集科研、生产、培训等一体化的3D打印产业基地，是由于宁波的得天独厚的地理位置与投资环境，以及地方政府对科学技术和人才的重视。

　　据了解，宁波2017年《关于深化实施海外高层次人才和高端创业创新团队引进“3315计划”的意见》中表明，凡入选“3315计划”的创业创新团队，按A、B、C三个层次，分别给予2000万元、1000万元、500万元人民币创业创新资助经费，对国际顶尖和特优人才领衔的创业创新团队给予最高1亿元人民币创业创新资助经费。

George Fitzgerald Smoot won the Nobel Prize in Physics shared with John C. Mather in 2006 for discovering "the COBE project can also be regarded as the starting point for cosmology as a precision science."
