中国网浪潮资讯  “她•时代”下女性创业者更加独立、更具有创造力。这是阿里巴巴举办的全球女性创业者大会对女性角色的重新定义。此次大会将于北京时间7月10日在杭州召开，共2000名全球创业女性代表参加。

CNCAO NEWS  Under “ SHE-ERA”, female entrepreneurs are more independent and creative.This is the redefinition of the female role at the Alibaba Global Conference on Women and Entrepreneurship. The conference will be held in Hangzhou on July 10th Beijing time, there will be a total of 2,000 global women entrepreneurship representatives.

　　对于女性角色的新定位，作家郝景芳表示，进入智能时代的女性创业者将变得更加个性化，更具备跳跃性思维，也可以很成功。未来，女性的权益会有所增加。

For the new positioning of female characters, the writer Hao Jingfang said, women entrepreneurs in Intelligent age will become more individual, have more unconventional thinking, and also can be very successful.In the future, the rights and interests of women will increase.

　　大会议程指出，女性创业者正逐渐展示出领导才能和商业魅力。据统计，阿里巴巴创始人中女性占35%，高级管理者中占34%，公司员工中占52%。

The conference agenda points out that women entrepreneurs are showing leadership and commercial charm.According to statistics, founder of women accounted for 35%, senior management of women accounted for 34% and employees of women accounted for 52% in Alibaba.

　　郝景芳说，此次大会为女性创业者提供了展示的平台，让女性创业者看清创业路线，成为了“她•时代”的导航仪。

Hao Jingfang said that the conference provides a platform for women entrepreneurs to display, so that women entrepreneurs can see the entrepreneurial line, and it will become the navigator of  “ SHE-ERA”.
