中国网浪潮资讯  北京时间7月7日至9日，中国EAP行业峰会将在杭州召开。届时，全国80位理事委员、21家理事单位、120名EDAP（国际认证EAP专员）、800多名资深会员将齐聚杭州，共同讨论EAP的发展。

CNCAO NEWS The China EAP Industry Summit will be held on July 7-9 in Hangzhou, when 80 council members, 21 council units, 120 EDAPs and over 800 senior members from around the country will get together in Hangzhou to discuss EAP development.

　　EAP是英文Employee Assistance Program的简称，是企业组织为员工提供系统的、长期的援助与福利项目。

Employee Assistance Program, or EAP in short, is a long-term program of assistance and benefits for workers in enterprises or organizations.

　　中国EAP行业已经有了19年的长足发展，中国EAP峰会、EAP学术年会已经走过了5年历程。EAP如何顺应潮流，在国家健康战略、企业健康战略框架下得到发展，以促进组织和员工的健康和谐，是中国EAP的重要使命。

China's EAP industry can be dated back to 19 years ago, and the China EAP Summit and Annual EAP Academic Conference were first held five years ago. How to fit in with China’s national and enterprise health strategies are China EAP’s mission, which aims to promote the harmonic interaction between employees and institutions.

　　此次峰会首次在杭州举办，与会专家将进行包括“中国EAP行业发展总结与反思”“国家健康战略及当今EAP服务”“国际EAP进展及实践反思”“中国人力资源的困境与出路”等主题报告，还将进行EAP专家、EAP供应商和企业客户三方共六场论坛，以及经典案例与最佳实践分享。

It is the first time that the summit is held in Hangzhou. The conference guests will give speeches on topics including “Summary and Introspection on China EAP Industry Development,” “National Health Strategy and Current EAP Service,” “International EAP Evolvement and Reflection on Practice,” and “Dilemma and Solutions of China’s HR Industry.” There will be six forums sharing the most classic cases and best practices.
