中国网浪潮资讯 作者从杭州市公安局获悉，一名涉嫌组织他人偷越国（边）境、被列入“红通”对象的犯罪嫌疑人胡某霞已于近日被警方押解归案。据称这是杭州警方首次通过国际警务合作渠道跨国抓获的“红通”嫌疑人。

CNCAO NEWS Journalist knew from Hangzhou Municipal Public Security Bureau that Hu, who was suspected of being involved in the crime of organizing others to cross the border ( frontier ) illegally and was listed in the "Red Notice", was escorted to justice by the police. It is said that this is the first time that Hangzhou police have caught the suspect of "Red Notice" with channels of international police cooperation.

　　据杭州警方透露，2015年4月，犯罪嫌疑人胡某霞勾结闵某、段某、李某、黄某4人，以个人旅游名义组织20余名人员前往韩国济州岛非法务工，胡某霞等人非法收取每人3.5万元劳务费。不久后，这些非法务工人员被陆续遣返回国，并遭到杭州出入境管理部门调查。

According to Hangzhou police, Hu, the criminal suspect, colluded with four people, Min, Duan, Li and Huang, organizing over 20 people going to Jeju Island, South Korea to be illegal workers in the name of individual traveling in April, 2015. Hu and others also illegally charged service fee of 35,000 yuan. Soon afterwards these illegal workers were repatriated back to China in succession along with being investigated by Hangzhou Exit-Entry Administration.

　　北京时间2015年12月10日，杭州建德警方对胡某霞等人立案侦查。2016年4月，建德市人民检察院以涉嫌组织他人偷越国（边）境罪依法对胡某霞批准逮捕。然而，胡某霞此时正待在韩国。

On December 10, 2015 Beijing Time, the police of Jiande, Hangzhou placed on file for investigation and prosecution against Hu and those people. On April, 2016, Jiande Municipal People's Procuratorate approved to arrest Hu Xxia for being suspected of  the crime of organizing others to cross the border ( frontier ) illegally  according to the law. However, Hu Xxia was staying South Korea at that time.

　　2017年1月，浙江省公安厅通过国际刑警组织，将胡某霞列入“红通”名单。北京时间6月16日，胡某霞在济州岛被韩国抓获，并于22日凌晨3时许遣返回国。

On January, 2017, Department of Public Security Zhejiang Province included Hu in the list of "Red Notice" through International Criminal Police Organization. On June 16 Beijing Time, Hu was caught in Jeju Island by South Korea and was approved to be repatriated back to China at 3 a.m. on June 22.

　　据警方介绍，犯罪嫌疑人胡某霞今年36岁，曾在日本和新加坡打工4年，回国后欠下30余万元赌债。为了躲债，她只身来到韩国。

It is introduced by the police that Hu, the criminal suspect, is 36 years old this year who once worked in Japan and Singapore for four years and owed a debt of over 300,000 yuan after her returning to China.. She went to South Korea alone in order to avoid creditors.

　　目前，胡某霞等5人已被依法起诉，案件正在进一步审理当中。

Up to now, Hu.and other four have already been prosecuted according to the law and the case is in a farther cognizance.
