中国网浪潮资讯 北京时间7月3日，中国内地与香港债券市场互联互通合作（简称“债券通”）正式上线试运行。分析称，“债券通”开闸之后更多的境外投资者将进入内地，对于浙江企业的融资环境带来极大的改善。

CNCAO NEWS  On July 3 Beijing Time, a bond trading link between Hong Kong and China's mainland ( initiated in "Bond Connect" ) was officially online and in a test-running. According to the analysis, after the opening of "Bond Connect", more and more foreign investors will enter the mainland which would bring great improvement for the financing environment of enterprises in Zhejiang.

　　2016年以来，浙江省以企业上市、债券融资和并购重组等为抓手，大力推动企业灵活运用债券、股权等直接融资工具，直接融资比例从7.8%提高到34.3%。

Since 2016, Zhejiang made measures like listing of enterprises, bond financing, mergers and acquisitions as the driving force to greatly promote enterprises to make flexible use of bonds,stock right and other direct financing materials with direct financing ratio rising from 7.8％ to 34.3％.

　　浙江是中国经济最活跃的省份之一，拥有大量民营企业。

Zhejiang is one of the most economically active provinces in China with a great number of private enterprises.

　　目前，中国内地债券市场仍在完善中。据内地机构统计，境外投资者持有债券占内地债券市场总托管量比重不足2%。因此，“债券通”的推出也被视作资本账户开放的又一重要举动。

Up to now, the bond markets in China's mainland has still been on its way of comprehending. According to the statistics of institutes in the mainland, the holding bonds of foreign investors only accounts for less than 2％ of total custodian amount in the mainland bond market. Therefore the implement of "Bond Connect" is also regarded as another  important action of the liberalization of capital account.
