中国网浪潮资讯 香港回归20周年后，成为中国内地最大的外资来源地和境外融资平台；分析指出，浙江是与香港合作联系最紧密的内地省份之一。数据显示，截至2017年6月，86家在中国境外上市的浙江企业中，有50家选择在香港上市。

　　1997年5月，浙江沪杭甬高速公路股份有限公司在香港联交所成功挂牌上市，首次募集资金折合人民币36.85亿元，创造了浙江省一次性引进外资数额最大的纪录。此后，绿城中国、吉利汽车、银泰百货、浙商银行、阿里巴巴等多家浙江企业赴香港上市。

In May 1997, Zhejiang Expressway co., Ltd was listing on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited(SEHK) successfully, for the first time to raise funds equivalent to 3,685 million yuan, has created the largest amount of record of one-time introduce foreign capital in Zhejiang province. Since then, Greentown China, Geely Auto, Intime Department Store, China Zheshang Bank, Alibaba and other Zhejiang enterprises listed in Hong Kong.

　　20年来，港股市值涨了7倍多，上市公司数量增加了2倍多，日均交易额增长了4倍多。

In the past 20 years, the market value of Hong Kong stocks has risen by more than 7 times, the number of listed companies has increased by more than 2 times, and the average daily turnover has increased by more than 4 times.

　　分析称，赴香港上市有助于浙江企业更好地走出去，与国际市场接轨，在打通国际市场的情况下，也有助于浙江企业进一步实现跨国投资、并购等。

Analysts said that the listing in Hong Kong will help Zhejiang enterprises go out and communicate with the international market better, but also help Zhejiang enterprises to further realize cross-border investment, merger and acquisition and so on in the case of opening up the international market。
