中国网浪潮资讯  1997年5月，浙江沪杭甬高速公路股份有限公司在香港联交所上市，成为第一批在香港上市的浙江企业。截至2017年6月29日，浙江在境外上市的86家企业中，多达50家选择在香港上市，其中不乏阿里巴巴、吉利汽车、浙商银行等国内知名企业。

CNCAO NEWS In May 1997, Zhejiang Expressway Co., Ltd. was listed on the  Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Ltd., became the first batch of Zhejiang enterprises listed in Hong kong. As of June 29, 2017, among the 86 enterprises listed abroad in Zhejiang, as many as 50 companies chose to be listed in Hongkong, including many well-known domestic enterprises such as Alibaba, Geely Holding Group and China Zheshang Bank Co., Ltd. and so on.

　　浙江省金融办相关负责人表示，香港作为国际金融中心，对于浙江企业对接国际资本市场，进一步实现跨国投资、并购等发挥着非常重要的作用。

Zhejiang Finance Office relevant person in charge said, Hongkong is an international financial center, plays a very important role in Zhejiang enterprises docking international capital markets, and further realizing cross-border investment, mergers and acquisitions, etc.

　　据了解，今年是香港回归20周年。1997年7月1日，香港回归中国。

It is understood that this year is the 20th anniversary of Hongkong’s return. In July 1, 1997, Hongkong returned to China.
