中国网浪潮资讯  日前，日本老牌制造企业高田公司（Takata　Corporation）申请破产保护。据知情人士透露，该企业的潜在下家为一家来自中国宁波的上市企业，收购金额将达到16亿美元。

CNCAO NEWS   Recently, Takata Corporation, an established manufacturing enterprise from Japan filed for bankruptcy protection. According to people familiar with the matter, the possible destination of this corporation was a listed enterprise from Ningbo, China. The purchase amount would be 1.6 billion dollar。

　　北京时间6月26日，该中国企业公告称其下属子公司拟与高田签署《谅解备忘录》，购买因安全气囊召回事件而遇到困境的高田公司的主要资产。

On June 26th Beijing time, this Chinese enterprise announced that its subsidiary company was going to sign Memorandum of Understanding with Takata and purchase the main assets of Takata Corporation which was in trouble for recalling safety airbag.

　　高田是全球领先的汽车安全系统制造商，成立于1933年，总部位于日本东京，在全球20个国家拥有56个生产基地，全球员工约46,000名。高田与日本、北美、欧洲所有主要汽车OEM厂商如宝马、奔驰、大众、福特、通用、丰田、本田、尼桑等都有长期稳定合作。

Takata was the world's leading manufacturer of automotive safety systems which founded in 1933. The headquarters was in Tokyo, Japan and it had 56 production bases in 20 countries around the world and there were about 46,000 employees worldwide. Takata had the long-term and stable cooperation with all major automotive OEM manufacturers of Japan, North America and Europe such as BMW, Mercedes-Benz, VW, Ford, GM, Toyota, Honda, Nissan and so on.

　　2016年高田因缺陷气囊异常破裂问题陷入经营恶化，目前正在进入破产程序。日本帝国数据银行称，高田破产案规模为日本制造业有史以来最大。

In 2016, Takata sank into operating deterioration for the problem of abnormal fracture of defective airbag and it was now stepping into bankruptcy procedures. Teikoku DataBank, Ltd(TDB) said that the scale of the bankruptcy of Takata was the largest ever in Japanese manufacturing.

　　据报道，收购高田的企业是一家位于中国宁波的汽车电子供应商，2011年至今已完成数笔海外收购。如果此次并购实现，近16亿美元的资金也将成为该企业海外并购的最大手笔。

It was reported that the enterprise which purchased Takata was an automotive electronics supplier in Ningbo, China. It had completed several overseas acquisitions. If ths acquisition was realized, nearly 1.6 billion dollar would be the largest amount of the enterprise's overseas acquisitions.
