中国网浪潮资讯  北京时间6月20日下午，21个项目在中国首个国际级远洋渔业基地——舟山国家远洋渔业基地完成集中签约，总投资近70亿元人民币。

CNCAO NEWS Afternoon of June 20 Beijing time, 21 projects completed centralizing signing in the first pelagic fishery base at international level- Zhoushan National Pelagic Fishery Base, with nearly 7 billion yuan total investment.

　　据介绍，这21个项目涉及远洋捕捞、水产品加工、交易贸易、科研合作、综合服务等全产业链投资和特色小镇建设。

It is said, these 21 projects involve some whole industry chain investments and characteristic towns construction like pelagic fishery, aquatic product processing, trade, scientific research cooperation, integrated service and others.

　　基地负责人表示，通过项目的持续落地，目标到2020年，力争远洋渔业船队规模达600艘，远洋生产量60万吨，基地远洋鱼货进关量80万吨，实现远洋捕捞及相关服务业产值100亿元，远洋水产品加工产值100亿元，远洋水产品贸易额100亿元。

The base head said, by constant implement of projects, try to make the size of pelagic fishery fleets reach 600, pelagic production reach 600 thousand tons, import volume of pelagic fishes of the base reach 800 thousand tons, achieve output value of 10 billion yuan of pelagic fishery and related services, 10 billion yuan of pelagic aquatic products processing, and make volume of trade of pelagic aquatic products up to 10 billion yuan in 2020.

　　舟山现有远洋捕捞企业33家，远洋船只460余艘，占全省的78%、占全国的20%。远洋渔船主要捕捞海域为北太平洋、西南大西洋、东南太平洋和中西太平洋，主要捕捞鱿鱼、金枪鱼。远洋水产品精深加工规上企业50家。2016年，舟山远洋渔业捕捞产量占浙江的80%、占全国的25%；远洋水产品加工产值、远洋水产品交易贸易额已接近50亿元。逐步实现了“捕捞—海上运输—加工、交易、运输、仓储—销售—服务”的全产业链延伸发展模式。

There are 33 pelagic fishery enterprises, over 460 pelagic vessels in Zhoushan which accounting for 78% of the province and 20% of the country. The mainly fishing ocean areas of pelagic fishing vessels are North Pacific Ocean, Southwest Atlantic Ocean, Southeast Pacific Ocean, Western-Central Pacific Ocean. Pelagic fishing vessels mainly fish sleeve-fishes, tunas. There are 50 pelagic aquatic product deep processing enterprises above state designated scale. In 2016,fishing output of Zhoushan pelagic fishery accounting for 80% of Zhejiang and 25% of the country; processing output value and  volume of trade of pelagic aquatic products is nearly 5 billion yuan. Gradually achieve a whole industry chain extension and development pattern of “fishing- marine transportation- processing, trade, transportation, storage- market- service”.

　　分析称，在“一带一路”倡议的引导下，舟山远洋渔业也将为全球提供经验。

It is said, guided by“The Belt and Road” initiative, Zhoushan pelagic fishery will provide experience for the world.

　　签约仪式当日，国家远洋渔业技术研究中心舟山分中心、舟山国家远洋基地产业联盟同时授牌成立。上海海洋大学国家远洋渔业工程技术研究中心主任万荣表示，舟山分中心成立后，将为基地提供远洋渔业决策咨询，为远洋渔船发送渔情预报，同时在捕捞技术装备改造方面提供技术支撑。

On the day of ceremony, Zhoushan Branch Centre of National Engineering Research Centre For Oceanic Fisheries, Zhoushan National Pelagic Fishery Base Industry Alliance were conferred plates to be set up. Wang Rong, director of National Engineering Research Centre for Oceanic Fisheries of Shanghai Ocean University, said, after Zhoushan branch centre was set up, it will provide consultation for the decision of pelagic fisheries of the base, send fishery forecast to pelagic fishing vessels, and provide technological support for reforming fishery technology and equipments.
