中国网浪潮新闻 北京时间6月19日晚间，浙江台州的一家药企发布公开称，该药企拟出资11,000万欧元（约合人民币83,733万元）收购意大利　Newchem　S.P.A.和Effechem　S.r.l.100%的股权。

CNCAO NEWS At the night of June 19th , Beijing time, a pharmaceutical company of Taizhou, Zhejiang released publicly that they intended to invest 110 million Euros (about 837.330 million yuan)to acquired 100% shares of Italy Newchem S.P.A. and Effechem S.r.l.

　　据了解，该药企为浙江仙琚制药股份有限公司，创建于1972年，目前是中国甾体激素类药物的龙头企业。2010年1月成为台州仙居县第一家上市公司。

It is understood that Zhejiang Xianju Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. which was founded in 1972, is currently the China leading enterprises producing steroid hormone. It became the first listed company in Xianju County, Taizhou in January 2010.

　　其收购的两家意大利药企均为仙琚制药公司多年的合作伙伴，也是其拿下的第一个全资项目。

These two Italy pharmaceutical companies merged by it are its partners for many years and are also the first wholly-owned projects of Xianju Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.

　　据台州市经信委称，台州作为浙江对外开放前沿，当地政府积极推动当地企业参与海外并购重组，成为台州融入“一带一路”新格局的重要举措。

According to the Taizhou Province Economic and Information Commission, as the forefront of Zhejiang’s opening up, the government of Taizhou actively promotes local enterprises to participate in overseas mergers and acquisitions, which has become an important measure of Taizhou integrating into the new pattern of "The Belt and Road".

　　2009年至今，该市18家企业开展海外并购重组19笔，并购金额达24，281万美元，涉及13个国家和地区。其中欧洲7笔，占比36.84%。

Since 2009, 18 enterprises of the city have 19 overseas mergers and acquisitions, and the amount of which reached to $242.810 million, involving 13 countries and regions. And 7 of 19 are in Europe, accounting for 36.84%.
