中国网浪潮资讯  美国当地时间6月20日，由阿里巴巴主办的美国中小企业论坛将在美国底特律掀起一场“阿里巴巴旋风”。据悉，3000位中小商家、农场主陆续抵达，通过阿里巴巴平台和中国消费者“亲密接触”，为中美贸易再升温“添柴加火”。　　

CNCAO NEWS  American local time on June 20th, the First Alibaba Business Forum in US which hosted by Alibaba, will set off a “Alibaba whirlwind” in Detroit, USA. It is reported that 3,000 of small and medium enterprises (SMEs) and farmers arrived in succession, made a “intimate contact” with Chinese consumers though Alibaba platform to pull for the upwards turn in Sino-US trade.

　　据介绍，此次论坛主题是“连接世界”（Gateway 17），旨在为美国中小企业、农场主和企业家创造更多的发展机会、推动中美贸易发展。今年4月，中美两国首脑在佛罗里达海湖庄园举行正式会晤，同意在中美全面经济对话机制框架下推进中美经济合作百日计划。　　

According to reports, the theme of this forum is “Gateway 17”, it aims to create more opportunities for development for American SMEs, farmers and entrepreneurs, and to promote trade between China and the United states. In April this year, the heads of state of China and the United States held a formal meeting at the Mar-a-Lago in Florida, and agreed to promote the US-China Economic Cooperation 100-Day Plan in the framework of the comprehensive economic dialogue mechanism between China and the United States.

　　在美国中小企业论坛开幕前一天，阿里巴巴集团董事局主席马云和密歇根州副州长Brian Calley会谈时表示，阿里巴巴希望帮助美国中小企业通过阿里巴巴平台和互联网连接中国及亚洲市场。　

One day before the opening of the the First Alibaba Business Forum in US, Jack Ma, the chairman of board of Alibaba Group said, when he was talk with Brian Calley, the lieutenant governor of Michigan, that Alibaba hopes to help American SMEs to connect China and Asian markets through Alibaba platforms and the Internet.　　

　　根据双方共识，密歇根州将在在天猫设立第一个天猫海外地方馆，这将是天猫国际在海外第一个以地方行政区划为主体设立的主题馆。　　

By the mutual consensus, Michigan will set up the first Tmall overseas local pavilion in Tmall, it will be the first theme pavilion established by Tmall.HK as the main body of local administrative divisions.

　　美国舆论认为，此次论坛是在帮助美国的中小企业参与全球贸易，特别是在中国市场建立新型的中美贸易关系提供了非常好的途径和方法。同时，阿里巴巴也是双向市场，也会帮助中国的中小企业融入美国市场。　　

American public opinions believe that the forum provides a very good way and means to help American SMEs to participate in Global trade, especially in the Chinese market to establish new Sino-US trade relations. At the same time, Alibaba is also a bidirectional market and will help China's SMEs integrate into the American market.　　

　　对外经贸大学中国WTO研究院院长屠新泉表示，中小企业论坛是挖掘中美贸易潜力的重要途径，也是阿里巴巴作为中国的代表性企业，对中美经贸关系升温升级所做的探索与贡献。　　

Tu Xinquan, the dean of China Institute for WTO Studies, UIBE said the SMEs forum is an important way of tapping Sino-US trade potential, and it is also the exploration and contribution of Alibaba as a representative enterprise in China to upgrade the Sino-US economic and trade relations.　　

　　中国国际电子商务中心研究院院长李鸣涛评论称，这样的活动符合中美加强经贸合作的发展方向，电商渠道的打通也将为中美进出口贸易提供便捷化的双向新通道，也是中国电商企业走出去的新探索。　　

Li Mingtao, the dean of research institute of China International Electronic Commerce Center commented that such activities are in line with China and the United States to strengthen economic and trade cooperation in the development direction, the opening up of electronic commerce channels will also provide a convenient bidirectional new channel for Sino-US import and export trade, and it’s also a new exploration of Chinese electronic commerce enterprises to go out.
