中国网浪潮资讯  北京时间6月14日，国务院常务会议决定，在浙江等5个省（区）选择部分地方建设各有侧重、各具特色的绿色金融改革创新试验区。
　　
　　CNCAO NEWS On June 14 Beijing Time, the executive meeting of the State Council made a decision to establish pilot green-financial reform zone with their own emphasis as well as characteristics in elected places in Zhejiang and other four provinces or provincial districts.

　　分析指出，浙江作为中国市场经济起步较早的地区，在调整经济结构和转变经济发展方式上先行一步，这为浙江发展绿色金融提供了动力。
　　
　　The analysis pointed out that Zhejiang, one of the areas getting market economy started relatively early in China, had been on its way to economic restruction along with the transformation of economic development mode in advance, which would provide impulse for Zhejiang to develop green-finance.
　　
　　近年来，浙江陆续出台多项绿色金融举措，绿色金融早已深入人心，多项成果位居中国前列。
　　
　　In recent years, Zhejiang has already introduced dozens of measures about green-finance which has been deeply rooted among the people with a long list of achievements lying in top of China.
　　
　　在去年9月举行的G20杭州峰会上，绿色金融被首次纳入G20议程。
　　
　　It was the first time that green-finance had been included in the agenda in G20 Hangzhou Summit, held in September last year.
　　
　　中国人民银行副行长易纲指出，绿色金融的目的是使融资行动更加趋于环境友好，减少大气、水和土壤的污染，减少温室气体的排放，提高资源使用效率。
　　
　　Yi Gang, vice-president of the People's Bank of China, noted that the goal of green-finance was to render the financing action to be more environmentally friendly with less pollution to the air, water, soil and reduce greenhouse gas emissions to get the utilization rate of resources increased.
　　
　　分析指出，绿色金融改革创新试验区在浙江设立，将使浙江在未来探索更多可复制可推广的经验，成为全国绿色金融改革的急先锋。
　　
　　The analysis also said that the establishment of pilot green-financial reform zone in Zhejiang would make Zhejiang explore more reproducible and propagable experience in the future to be the vanguard of the national reformation of green-finance.
