中国网浪潮资讯 北京时间6月5日，在浙江自贸区内的舟山海域秀山东锚地，载着保税燃料油的“海之润69”供应船，缓缓靠上刚完成修船任务的塞浦路斯“SCYIHIAGRAECA”船。当晚，550吨的保税燃料油供应正式开始。标志着浙江自贸区范围唯一的海域锚地内开展的首单保税燃料油加注业务完成。

　　CNCAO NEWS On June 5th Beijing time,the supply ship,"haizhirun 69" ,which carried bonded fuel oil, slowly lied alongside the "SCYIHIAGRAECA" ship, which has just completed the ship's repair mission,in the Zhoushan sea Xiu Shandong anchorage in the Zhejiang Free Trade Zone. That night, the supply of 550 tons of bonded fuel oil officially started.It marks the completion of the first bonded fuel oil refueling business in the only sea area anchorage in the Zhejiang Free Trade Zone.

　　作者从浙江自贸试验区管委会获悉，浙江自贸试验区分为三个片区，其中离岛片区的秀山东锚地，面积为16平方公里。根据功能定位，秀山东锚地将重点发展保税燃料油供应服务。

　　The reporter learned from the Zhejiang Free Trade Test District Committee,the Zhejiang Free Trade Zone is divided into three zones, including Xiu Shandong anchorage of Li Daopian District, which covers 16 square kilometers.According to the function orientation, Xiu Shandong anchorage will focus on the development of the bonded fuel oil supply service.

　　据了解，此单550吨保税燃料油的加注业务，需要5个小时左右加注完成。“首单尝试成功后，我们下步将重点探索自贸试验区范围内保税燃料油和其他物资的供应模式，打造东北亚保税燃料油供应中心。”舟山新区海洋产业集聚区管委会副主任许琰说。

　　It is understood that the work of 550 tons of bonded fuel oil will take about five hours to complete."After the first attempt, we will focus on the supply model of bonded fuel oil and other supplies in the Free Trade Zone, to build a supply center for northeast Asia bonded fuel oil.” Xu yan,the deputy director of the Zhoushan New Area Marine Industry Agglomeration Zone Administrative Committee, said.

　　业内人士分析，今年1至5月，预估实现保税燃料油供应量约63.2万吨，同比增长约56%。

　　In the first five months of this year, the estimated total supply of bonded fuel oil is about 632, 000 tons,with an year-on-year growth of about 56%,the industry insiders said.
