中国网浪潮资讯 近日，金华市政府出台了《金华市人民政府关于促进国际服务贸易发展的实施意见》，随后又印发了《金华市区促进国际服务贸易发展实施细则》。该政策是浙江省首个国际服务贸易专项扶持政策，为当前深化国际业务布局的寄递物流企业提供了奖励与补助。

　　CNCAO NEWS  The Jinhua municipal government has issued the opinion on promoting the development of international service trade by the people's government of Jinhua recently, and then issued the detailed rules on promoting the development of international service trade in Jinhua. The policy is the first special support policy for international service trade in Zhejiang province and it provides rewards and subsidies for the delivery logistics enterprises that are currently deepening the international business layout.

　　作者了解到，该政策将对年度服务贸易出口额首次达到30万美元及以上、80万美元及以上的企业分别给予3万元、8万元一次性奖励；对服务贸易出口30万美元及以上的企业，其出口同比增量部分按劳动资源密集型、非劳动资源密集型等不同类型给予一定额度的奖励。

　　The reporter learned that the policy will give 30,000 yuan, 80,000 yuan one-time reward respectively to the enterprises that the exports of trade in services reaches $300,000 and above, $800,000 and above for the first time and for the enterprises that the exports of trade in services reaches $300,000 or more, their incremental portion of exports will get a certain amount of reward according to the different types of labor resource intensive, non-labor intensive and so on.

　　获得国家级、省级国际服务贸易出口基地（园区）的，分别给予申报组织单位100万元、50万元的一次性奖励；被省级以上行业主管部门评为服务贸易出口重点企业、重点项目的，分别给予国家级50万元、省级30万元一次性奖励，同一企业、同一项目不重复享受。

　　The national and provincial international service trade export base (park) will get a one-time reward of 1,000,000 yuan and 500,000 yuan respectively. The enterprises and projects that are rated as the key enterprise and the key project of service trade export by the competent departments of the above provincial level will be awarded for national level of 500,000 yuan and the provincial level of 300,000 yuan. The same enterprise and the same project doesn——t enjoy the reward repeatedly.

　　同时，投资额在50万元以上的公共服务平台项目和市级重点项目，分别按其实际投资额的30%、10%予以补助，最高补助分别不超过200万元、100万元。

　　At the same time, the public service platform projects and municipal key projects that the investment is over 500,000 yuan will get 30% and 10% subsidies respectively according to their actual investment and the maximum subsidy is no more than 2,000,000 yuan and 1,000,000 yuan.

　　金华邮政管理局表示将根据《意见》与《细则》要求，立足行业发展，加强与各相关部门的协调沟通，贯彻落实该项政策，助推利好政策落地，推动金华邮政业健康快速发展。

　　Jinhua Postal Administration said that according to the opinion and the detailed rules, it will base on the development of the industry, strengthen coordination and communication with related departments, implement the policy, boost the implementation of the advantaged policy and promote the postal and administrative industries of Jinhua develop healthily and rapidly.
