中国网浪潮资讯 近日，杭州综试区跨境电商百万创新服务行动收到报名项目共331个，遍及亚、欧、美、非、大洋等五大洲，包括15个境外国家和地区。

　　CNCAO NEWS Recently, cross-border e-commerce  million innovative service operation of  Hangzhou comprehensive pilot area received a total of 331 projects, covering five continents what are Asia, Europe, America, Africa and Oceania, including 15 overseas countries and regions.

　　该行动启动于4月，旨在推动杭州建设成为融合线上线下、联通世界、服务全球的国际重要商贸中心，构建具有全球影响力的跨境电子商务创新中心、服务中心和大数据中心，是打造国际网络贸易中心的突破口。

　　The action started in April, aims to promote the construction of Hangzhou become the  important international trade center building with integration of online and offline, connecting the world and global serving, building the cross-border e-commerce innovation center, service center and data center what have global influence is the breakthrough to building international  network trade center.

　　据了解，报名项目中，涉及平台服务创新的有117个，占35.35%，其后依次是渠道服务创新80个、其他支撑服务创新69个、技术及数据服务创新55个、政务服务创新10个。

　　It is understood that the registration project, involved service innovation of platform have 117, accounted for 35.35%, followed by 80 other service innovation projects of channel, 69 other support service innovation projects, 55 technology and data service innovation projects and 10 government service innovation projects.

　　目前，杭州从事跨境电子商务的外贸和制造企业已超过6000家，跨境电子商务渗透率近90%，累计超过4000家企业已经达成新的交易实绩。2017年第一季度，杭州实现跨境电子商务交易额18.2亿美元，其中实现跨境电商出口13.5亿美元，同比增长21.78%，占全市外贸出口的13.98%；新招引跨境电商企业106家，成为杭州外贸稳增长的重要动能。

　　At present, Hangzhou has over 6,000 foreign trade and manufacturing enterprises engaged in cross-border e-commerce, cross-border e-commerce penetration of nearly 90%, a total of more than 4,000 enterprises have reached new transaction performance. The first quarter of 2017, Hangzhou implement cross-border e-commerce transactions amounted to 1 billion 820 million dollars, including the implementation of cross-border e-commerce export 1 billion 350 million dollars, with year-on-year growth of 21.78%, accounting for 13.98% of the city's foreign trade exports; attracting new cross-border e-commerce enterprise 106 what become the important power and energy of the steady growth of foreign trade in Hangzhou.

　　据介绍，接下来杭州市综试办将通过推动项目落地、对优秀项目提供资金支持、组建“一对一”线下服务团队、提供投融资对接服务、搭建线上服务通道等方式为杭州乃至浙江企业提供后续服务。

　　According to reports, Hangzhou comprehensive pilot office will provide follow-up services for Hangzhou and even Zhejiang enterprises by promoting the project landing, providing financial support to outstanding projects, organizing “one-to-one” offline service team, providing investment and financing butt joint services, building online service channel and other ways.
