中国网浪潮资讯 近日，在中国（浙江）自由贸易试验区投资贸易推介会上，主办方向客商介绍了浙江自贸区的总体情况和有关优惠政策，还就大宗商品交易中心、舟山港综保区作了推介。英国、日本、瑞士等国家和地区的企业代表，以及相关领域的专家学者、金融界人士约120余人参会。

　　CNCAO NEWS  Recently, at the investment and trade promotion agency of the China (Zhejiang) pilot free trade zone ,the organizer introduced the overall situation and the preferential policies of the pilot free trade zone in Zhejiang and also introduced the commodity trading center and Zhoushan port. The representatives from the UK, Japan, Switzerland and other countries and regions, experts and scholars in relevant fields and some people from the financial community about 120 people attended the meeting.

　　浙江省商务厅副厅长张钱江表示，自贸试验区在制度创新、实践创新等方面具有先行先试的优势。“从浙江自贸试验区来说，在以油品为核心的大宗商品贸易方面，我们将进行重点改革，为企业带来更多的市场机会。同时，浙江省市各级部门也将为园区内的企业提供最优质、最高效、最便捷的服务。”他说。

　　The deputy director-general of the department of commerce of Zhejiang province Zhang Qianjiang said that the pilot free trade zone has the advantage of first try in the innovation of system and practice. “From the pilot free trade zone in Zhejiang province, we will focus on reforming the commodity trade, which is based on oil and bring more market opportunities for enterprises. Zhejiang provincial and municipal departments will also provide the best, most efficient and convenient services for enterprises in the zone at the same time.” He said.

　　据介绍，浙江自贸试验区计划经过三至五年有特色的改革探索，基本实现投资贸易便利、高端产业集聚、法制环境规范、金融服务完善、监管高效便捷、辐射带动作用突出，显著提升以油品为核心的大宗商品全球配置能力，对接国际标准初步建成自由贸易港区先行区。

　　It is introduced that the Zhejiang pilot free trade zone plans to undergo three to five years of characteristic reform and exploration to basically implement investment and trade facilitation, high-grade industry gathering, legal environment specification, financial services improvement, regulatory efficiency and convenience, radiation leading effect become effective and significantly increase the global allocation capacity of commodities based on oil products to dock international standards and preliminarily established as the leading zones of the free trade port zone.
