CNCAO NEWS  At 7 pm on June 9th , local time (9 pm, Beijing Time), Zhejiang energy group co., LTD appearance at the "global mission and partnership" exhibition area of the China pavilion at the Astana expo in 2017 with the Ultra-low emission green island technology. The technology can make the main pollutant discharge targets of coal-fired machine up to the standard of natural gas set emission standards. The emissions are a sixth of the European Union's environmental standards. It is a coal-fired units with the world's lowest emissions of pollutants and was praised by the exhibition countries.

 

　　

　　众所周知，煤炭发电的成本大大低于天然气发电成本。按浙江区域测算，用煤炭发电的度电成本比用天然气发电大约低0.25元人民币。2016年全国煤机发电量约40000亿千瓦时,　如全国火电机组全部实现超低排放，在同样达到天然气发电排放标准的情况下，煤机发电可比天然气发电节约能源成本约达上万亿元人民币。

　　

　　As is known to all, coal-fired power costs much less than natural gas. Calculating according to Zhejiang area, the cost per kilowatt hour from coal costs is about RMB 0.25 less than natural gas. In 2016, the country's coal power generation is about 4 trillion kilowatt-hours. If all the national thermal power units achieve ultra-low emissions, the coal-fired power plants can save up to a trillion yuan in energy costs than natural gas power generation in the same way that gas emissions standards are met.

　　

　　如超低排放技术在全球推广应用，参照现行欧盟标准测算，每年可实现二氧化硫减排530万吨、氮氧化物减排480万吨，烟尘80万吨，尤其是PM2.5的减排效果良好，将对雾霾治理产生巨大的推动作用。

　　

　　If ultra-low emission technologies are applied globally, refer to the current EU’s standards, the Sulfur dioxide emissions will be reduced by 5.3 million tons a year, the Nitrogen oxide will reduce by 4.8 million tons and the smoke will reduce by 0.8 million tons. In particular, if the emission reduction of PM2.5 is good, there will be a huge boost to smog regulation.

　　

　　当前，煤炭依然是我国及世界上不少国家的基础性能源。“在我们国家看到燃煤电厂的烟囱都是冒着浓烟，因此我们需要把电厂建设的距离城市非常远，不仅增加各项生产成本，也对城市周边的生态环境造成破坏。通过视频我们看到浙能电厂的烟囱完全看不到浓烟，中国技术非常厉害。”阿斯塔纳市副市长努尔兰点赞了超低排放技术。

　　

　　The coal is still the basic energy in China and many other countries in the world nowadays. “The smokestacks of coal-fired power plants in our country are full of smoke, so we need to build the power plant far away from the city. It not only increase the cost of production, but also destruct the ecological environment surrounding the city. Through video we saw that the chimney of the power plant of Zhejiang ennergy group could not see the smoke. China’s technology is very severe.” Nurlan, the vice mayor of Astana, thumbed up the technology of ultra low emissions.
