中国网浪潮资讯 北京时间6月9日，《2017中国浙江投资报告》(以下简称“《报告》”)发布。《报告》指出，“发展”、“国际化”、“全球化”等词重新定义浙江经济，“发展”成为2016年国际媒体报道浙江经济热词。

　　

　　CNCAO NEWS On June 9, Beijing Time, 2017 China Zhejiang Investment Report (called Report for short) got published, which pointed out that the words like "development", "internationalization" and "globalization" had redefined the economy in Zhejiang, among which, the word, "development", had become a hot word in 2016 for international media to release news about Zhejiang's economy.

 

　　

　　《报告》显示，2017年国内外投资者投资信心重回乐观，外商投资浙江信心指数由2016年的119.02上升到135.69，中国国内企业投资信心指数由119.2上升到124.6。

　　

　　Report has indicated that in 2017, both domestic and foreign investors has gained confidence in investment again, with foreign investment confidence index to invest in Zhejiang increasing from 119.02 in 2016 to 135.69 in this year along with the investment confidence index of domestic entreprises rising from 119.2 to 124.6.

　　

　　《报告》指出，2017年，“民营经济”、“义乌小商品市场”、“信息产业”、“G20”成为投资者耳熟能详的浙江关键词，后G20时代，浙江品牌效应显著。

　　

　　According to Report, these words such as "private economy", "Yiwu small commodity market", "information industry" and "G20" has been solely familiar key words about Zhejiang to investors in 2017. In the post-G20 era, the effects of Zhejiang's brands has been obvious and remarkable.

　　

　　《报告》调查数据显示：仅2016年3月至2017年3月期间，国际媒体对浙江经济的的报道总量为5386篇，平均每个月400余篇。

　　

　　It has also showed that in a short period, from March, 2016 to March, 2017, there have already been 5,386 reports about economy in Zhejiang from international media, with 400 per month on average.

　　

　　此外，G20杭州峰会期间，2016年9月国际媒体报道量达到峰值831篇，占全年的15.43%；2016年8月份报道量排第二，达到533篇，占全年的9.9%。

　　

　　Besides, in the period of G20 Hangzhou Summit, the number of international reports reached the peak value of 831 in September, 2016, accounting for 15.43％ of the whole year and the number of reports, 533 in total,  in August, 2016, got the second position which accounted for 9.9％ of the year.

　　

　　2016年浙江预计全年研发经费支出1130亿元，占GDP比重2.43%；高新技术产业增加值5310亿元，同比增长9.7%。《报告》指出，2017年浙江创新经济初见成果，高新技术产业增长迅速，战略新兴产业规模进一步扩大。

　　

　　In 2016, the expected annual expenditure for research and development in Zhejiang is as high as 113 billion yuan, accounting for 2.43％ of GDP and the added value of high tech industries reaches 531 billion yuan with the year-on-year growth of 9.7％. Report has also pointed that the innovation economy in Zhejiang has got primary achievement in 2017 with the rapid increasing of high tech industries as well as the further expansion of strategic emerging industries.
