中国网浪潮资讯近日,浙江大学高分子系研发出了新型石墨烯膜。据了解,这种石墨烯膜非常柔韧,能够承受反复折叠和弯曲。
CNCAO NEWS Recently,Department of Polymer Science and Engineering,Zhejiang University developed new grapheme film.As known,the grapheme film is very flexible,and can handle repeating folding and bending.
浙江大学高分子系教授高超表示,新型石墨烯膜的高导热性刷新了世界纪录,是目前世界上导热性最好的可折叠材料。相关成果日前已发表在国际著名期刊《先进材料》,研究得到国家自然科学基金及国家重点研发计划资助。
Gao Chao,a professor of Department of Polymer Science and Engineering,Zhejiang University said,high-thermal conductivity of new graphene film set a new world record.It is a foldable material with the best thermal conductivity in the world now.The other day,relevant achievements have been published in an internationally recognized journal“Advanced Materials”.The research was funded by The Natural Science Foundation of China and National Key R&D Plan.
据介绍,将这种石墨烯膜替代现在市场上的商用石墨膜,应用于手机散热膜上,发现手机CPU处的温度可以控制在33摄氏度以下,相对商用石墨膜降低6摄氏度。
It is introduced that replace commercial graphite film now on the market with the graphene film,and apply to heat spreader of mobile phones,we will find the temperature of mobile phones’CPU can keep under 33℃,6℃lower than commercial graphite film.

据介绍,可弯曲的电子产品和许多航天器都需要加工过程复杂的散热部件。在这些领域,高超团队的新型石墨烯膜都有望发挥重要作用。
It is said,flexible electronic products and many spacecrafts need auto radiators with complicated machining processes.In these areas,new graphene film of Gao Chao’s team will play an important role.
