中国网浪潮资讯 近日义乌市长林毅在主持召开第四次市场发展专题会议时强调，要下定决心，科学谋划，提高进口便利化水平，全面加快义乌进口贸易发展。

　　CNCAO NEWS Recently, when holding the 4th Special Conference for Market Development, Lin Yi, the mayor of Yiwu, stressed that we would be determined to have a scientific plan to improve the import facilitation level and speed up the development of import trade of Yiwu.

　　林毅在会上指出，要抢抓国家举办中国国际进口博览会及建设“一带一路”国际物流通道的有利时机，强化进口模式和规律研究，整合国际商贸城五区进口馆、副食品市场进口食品专区等现有资源，创新配送模式，强化招商引资，并要做好出口升级、转口贸易，叠加保税功能等。

　　Lin Yi pointed out at the meeting that we should catch the opportune time that the state holds the China International import Expo as well as construct "The Belt and Road” international logistics route to strengthen the import patterns and research of rules as well as integrate available resources like import hall in 5th district of International Trade City, imported food area in non-staple food market and so on. At the same time, we should innovate the distribution mode, strengthen investment attraction, and do a good job in export upgrade, entrepot trade, bonded function and so on.

　　此外，会议还听取了相关部门关于市场仓储配套问题情况汇报，研究了外汇管理问题等。

　　In addition, the conference also listened to the reports of market warehousing matching problem from relevant departments and looked at the problem of foreign exchange management.
