中国网浪潮资讯 自北京时间4月1日中国（浙江）自贸区挂牌以来，自贸区舟山港综合保税区新增油品贸易企业115家，今年累计新增油品贸易企业240家，总注册资金63.80亿元。截至5月底，累计实现油品贸易额近200亿元，已超2016年全年油品贸易额150亿元。

　　CNCAO NEWS Since April 1st Beijing time, China (Zhejiang) Free Trade Zone listed,the free trade area of Zhoushan port has added 115 new oil trading enterprises,and a total of 240 new oil trading enterprises have been added in this year,the total registered capital is 6.38 billion yuan.As of the end of May, the cumulative realization of oil trade volume is nearly 20 billion yuan,which has already exceeded the total of 15 billion yuan of oil trade in 2016

　　据了解，浙江自贸区目前已出台6个专题132项改革清单，复制推广96项改革经验，争取并落实海关等5部门出台支持浙江自贸试验区建设共84条改革创新政策。同时加快行政审批和商事制度改革，建成自贸试验区综合服务中心，组建市场监管局自贸试验区分局，深化审批办证服务改革。

　　It is understood that the Zhejiang Free Trade Zone has introduced 6 topics and 132 reform list, replicated and promoted 96 reform experience,and will strive for the implement of 84 reform and innovation policies introduced by the Customs and other five departments in Zhejiang province.At the same time to speed up the administrative examination and approval and the reform of the commercial system, establish a comprehensive service center for Free Trade Zone, set up a branch of the Market Supervision Bureau for the Free Trade Zone,deepen the reform of the examination and approval process.

　　据介绍，随着油品全产业链供给侧结构性改革加速推进，自贸区保税燃料油供应率先突破，保税燃料油由少数企业经营的现状正在改变，截至5月20日保税燃料油供应量达58万吨，同比大幅增长48%，居全国港口第二。

　　According to reports, with the supply chain of oil industry structure reform accelerated,there was a breakthrough in the supply of bonded fuel oil in the free trade area,the status of bonded fuel oil operated by a small number of enterprises is changing.As of May 20th, the supply of bonded fuel oil reached 580,000 tons,with year-on-year growth of 48%,ranking second in the national port.
