中国网浪潮资讯 近日，抓拍神器全球眼出现在杭州马路。据了解，全球眼只要设定好之后，就可以自动360度无死角抓拍路面违停。目前，杭州已有属于不同区域的主要道路9条马路启用全球眼。

　　据介绍，全球眼能对机动车进行精准检测，发现违停车辆，就会立即提取定位信息，并利用定位信息对违停车进行跟踪放大。一旦违停车的号牌放大到可识别，抓拍球就将对其进行定位特写抓拍，生成违法记录。取证完毕后，球机就会回到检测预置位，继续检测管控范围内有无其他违停车辆。

Once the counter number of the car is enlarged to identify, the capture ball will be positioned to capture and generate the illegal records.

　　数据显示，今年1到5月，杭州交警通过“全球眼”在内的各类监控，已查处“不按规定临时停车影响其他车辆和行人通行”以及“不按规定停放影响其他车辆和行人通行”的交通违法行为882766起和564071起，分别排在各类非现场交通违法行为首位和第三位。
