中国网浪潮资讯 近日，杭州市政府发布《杭州市重大建设项目“十三五”规划》。规划显示，到2020年，杭州要推进500个重大建设项目，力争完成重大项目投资1.1万亿元以上，相当于新西兰约一年的GDP总值。
