中国网浪潮资讯 日前，一项针对机场防控无人机的最新现场测试显示，一套干扰系统建立的“电子围栏”可实现半径10公里全方位防控，确保机场净空保护区的飞行安全。

　　CNCAO NEWS,Recently, a new field test for airport unmanned aerial vehicle showed,a set of electronic fence built by a jamming system can realize a full range of 10 km radius prevention and  control,to ensure flight safety in the airport clearance protection zone.

　　近年来，无人机在航拍、农业、测绘等领域作用日益显现，但同时也屡闯空中“禁区”。业内人士介绍，如果重量为10Kg的无人机与飞行速度900Km/H的飞机相撞，冲击力将达到125万牛顿。其能量不亚于一颗小口径炮弹，会直接洞穿机体，造成机毁人亡。

　　In recent years, the role of UAVhas become increasingly apparent in aerial photography, agriculture, and mapping,but at the same time, it also has  intruded into the air”forbidden zone" repeatedly.Insiders said that if UAV , weights 10Kg collided with the aircraft which the speed is  900Km/H ,the impact force will reach 1,250 Newtons.Its energy is no less than a small caliber shell, it will through the body directly, causing the plane crash.

　　据了解， “电子围栏”技术采用无线电探测技术切断无人机与遥控器的信号连接，使无人机无法接受指令并按自带GPS系统原路返回地面，实现电子干扰。

　　It is understand that the "electronic fence" technology to cut off the signalconnection between UAV and remote-control, by using the radio detection technology,so that UAV can not accept the instructions and  to return to the ground using their own GPS system, to achieve the electronic interference.

　　杭州机场相关负责人再次提醒，从事通用航空飞行活动的单位、个人，未经批准擅自飞行、未按批准的飞行计划飞行、不及时报告或者漏报飞行动态、未经批准飞入空中限制区域和空中危险区域的，将由有关部门按照职责分工责令改正，给予警告；造成重大事故或严重后果的，依照刑法追究刑事责任。

　　The units and individuals who have engaged in general aviation flight activities, flying without approval, failing to fly in accordance with the approved flight plan, failing to report or omit the flight dynamics in time, flying into the air restricted area and the airborne dangerous area ,without permission, will be ordered to correct by the relevant departments in accordance with the division of responsibilities,and be given a warning.Who caused a major accident or serious consequences, will be pursued criminal responsibility,in accordance with the criminal law.
