近日，电视真人秀栏目“中国好声音”出现名称权属争端一事引发社会各界关注(5月20日中国网浪潮新闻报道：《“中国好声音”曾风靡全球 现引发亿元权属争端》)。

　　日前，《The voice of……》模式的荷兰版权方Talpa公司则认为“中国好声音”有关的知识产权归Talpa所有，因此，Talpa公司则表示对浙江广电的诉讼主张深感意外、震惊和愤怒。

A few days ago, company Talpa, the Holland proprietor with the model of “The voice of……” believed that the intellectual property rights related to "The voice of China" belonged to Talpa. Thus, Talpa expressed its surprise, shock and anger to the litigation from Zhejiang Radio and Television Group.

　　对此，浙江广电方面表示，《中国好声音》系浙江卫视创意的电视栏目名称，经浙江卫视逐级上报国家新闻出版广播电视管理部门并获批准后，进行合法使用。并表示其从未将《中国好声音》电视栏目名称转让给包括荷兰Talpa公司在内的任何第三方。

In this regard, Zhejiang Radio and Television Group said that "The Voice of China" was a TV column name created by Zhejiang Satellite TV. It was reported to Radio and television Administration of National Press Publications level by level and after approved, it was used legally. And it also said that it had never transferred the title of "The voice of China" to any third party, including the Holland Talpa company.

　　据了解，自2016年初以来，唐德影视多次通过微博、微信公众号、官网等途径，宣称其享有《中国好声音》电视栏目名称的独占权益，并筹备制作《中国好声音》节目。

It is understood that since the beginning of 2016, Talent Media has claimed its exclusive rights of the TV column title “The voice of China” repeatedly by micro-blog, WeChat Subscription and the official website and prepared to make "The Voice of China".

　　此外，唐德影视利用香港国际仲裁中心的裁决发布片面不实信息，并对“名称之争尘埃落定”、“为正版《中国好声音》加油”、“打击盗版维护正义”等表述进行突出加粗显示。

In addition, Talent Media used the decision of the Hongkong International Arbitration Center to issue one-sided false information. And it highlighted and thickened these statements such as “Dispute of name settled”, “Cheer on genuine ‘The Voice of China’ and “Combating piracy and upholding justice”.

　　浙江广电回应称，此前香港国际仲裁中心裁决的对象是《the voice of电视节目模式许可协议》的合同纠纷，而浙江广播电视集团及浙江卫视并未成为该合同的当事人。浙江广播电视集团是被迫才诉诸法律，以此来维护自己的合法权益。

Zhejiang Radio and Television Group responded that the adjudication object of Hongkong International Arbitration Center is contract dispute of “TV program model of ‘The Voice of’ License Agreement”. Zhejiang Radio and Television Group and Zhejiang Satellite TV did not become the parties of the contract. Zhejiang Radio and Television Group was forced to resort to the law in order to safeguard its legitimate rights and interests.
