中国网浪潮资讯 非物资文化遗产洪坑红茶近日亮相首届中国国际茶博会。据介绍，这款红茶曾在一百年前荣获1915年巴拿马万国博览会特等奖。一百年后，世界各国民众可以再次享用这款中国名茶。

CNCAO NEWS Hong-keng black tea, an intangible cultural heritage has been showing up in the first China International Tea Expo. It is said that this is the black tea that won the special-class award of the 1915 Panama Pacific International Exposition 100 years ago. After a century, people all over the world could appreciate this Chinese renowned tea again.

        洪坑红茶来自杭州建德，与它一同参展的还有“中国杭州十大名茶”之一的千岛银针。

Hong-keng black tea comes from Jiande, Hangzhou, and Qian-dao-yin-zhen, one of "ten famous tea species in Hangzhou, China", also joins the exhibition as well.

        据悉，杭州建德市地处浙江西部山区，产茶历史悠久。目前，茶叶种植面积6.2万亩，从业茶农约有3万人。茶叶已经成当地支柱产业之一。

As we are told, Jiande, Hangzhou locates in the western mountain areas in Zhejiang, with long historical standing of tea production. By now, planting area of tea is as much as 620 hector and the number of employed tea farmers has also reached 30,000, which have made great contribution for tea to be one of the pillar industries in local economy.

        此外，来自景宁畲族自治县的非物资文化遗产“畲祖烧”也在茶博会亮相。报道称，畲祖大漈罐是畲族传统手工艺的代表。

Apart from that, "She-zu-shao", an intangible cultural heritage originated in Jingning She Autonomous County, also shows up in the CTE. According to reports, the representive of the Shes' traditional handicrafts is Daji tank.

        畲祖大漈罐的制作工艺可追溯至一千多年前的北宋，到上个世纪中叶几乎失传。近年来，在中国政府的重视下，畲祖大漈罐重回公众视野。

The craft of Daji tank manufacturing could be traced back to Northern Song Dynasty, 1,000 years ago, which was nearly lost in the mid of last century. In recent years, thanks to the importance attached by Chinese government, Daji tank could return to public eyes.

        大漈地处浙江南部海拔1000米的高山湿地。据介绍，大漈罐以火山泥为原料，无论是烧茶，还是蒸饭、熬汤，都比其他器皿香醇可口。用大漈罐烧出来的白玉仙茶，更是清香飘逸。

Daji is lying on the alpine wetland at 1000-meter altitude. It is said that because Daji tank uses volcanic mud as raw material, it would be more delicious than other vessels no matter using it to steam the rice or make soup. Besides, bai-yu-xian tea made by Daji tank could be even more fragrant. 

        景宁畲族自治县茶业种植面积达6.4万亩，茶叶产量2555吨，产值40.7亿元。

Tea planting area in Jingning She Autonomous County reaches 640 hector, with tea production of 2,555 tons, whose output value is as much as 4.07 billion yuan.

        浙江是中国茶文化的主要发祥地之一。随着“茶博会”的举行，浙江的茶叶也将再次走向世界。

Zhejiang is one of the main places of the origin of Chinese tea culture. And tea from Zhejiang would achieve global reach via the holding of CTE.
