中国网杭州讯 曾经风靡全球的“中国好声音”电视真人秀栏目出现名称权属争端，浙江广播电视集团向法院提请诉讼，称浙江唐德影视股份有限公司[股票代码:300426]和北京唐德国际文化传媒有限公司侵害浙江广电对“中国好声音”栏目名称的合法权益，欲索赔人民币1.2亿元，并公开道歉。

CNCAO Hangzhou NEWS  The column of television reality show, “The Voice of China” which had swept the globe faced a dispute about the ownership of name. Zhejiang Radio & TV Group submitted a lawsuit to the court and claimed that Zhejiang Talent Television and Film Co., Ltd [stock code: 300426] and Beijing Talent International Culture Media Co., Ltd had infringed the Zhejiang Radio & TV Group’s lawful rights and interests about the name of “The Voice of China.” It would claim indemnity of 120 million yuan and a public apology.

        《中国好声音》是2012年首次在浙江广播电视集团旗下浙江卫视频道播出，随后收视率连续四年在中国保持领先，并迅速风靡全球华人圈。但是，从2016年初开始，唐德影视多次通过微博、微信公众号、官网等途径，宣称其享有《中国好声音》电视栏目名称的独占权益，并筹备制作《中国好声音》节目。浙江广电认为唐德影视发布的是片面不实信息，在混淆视听，涉嫌不正当竞争。

The Voice of China was first broadcast on the Zhejiang Satellite TV (ZJSTV) channel of Zhejiang Radio & Television Group in 2012. Subsequently, the ratings remained in the lead for four consecutive years in China and quickly swept the global Chinese circle. However, from the beginning of 2016, Talent Television and Film Co., Ltd had been claiming that it had the exclusive rights and interests in the TV column title of The Voice of China by the way of Micro-blog, WeChat Subscription, official website and so on and prepared for the production of the program of The Voice of China. Zhejiang Radio & Television Group thought that the information that Talent Television and Film Co., Ltd published was one-sided and untruthful and confused the public and it was suspected of unfair competition.

        浙江广播电视集团起诉书中说明，旗下浙江卫视创作并使用了《中国好声音》电视节目栏目名称／频道栏目节目名称，是经中国国家新闻出版广电总局审批同意且具有较高知名度，对该名称依法享有合法权益，也是这一栏目名称的唯一合法权益人。

The indictment of Zhejiang Radio & Television Group explained that its ZJSTV had created and used the TV program channel name/channel column program name of The Voice of China which was examined and approved by State Administration of Press, Radio, Film and Television of The People’s Republic of China and had high popularity. ZJSTV had the legal rights and interests of this name and it was the only lawful holder of this column name.

        但是，唐德影视于5月19日公告称：他们使用“中国好声音”名称是经过荷兰塔尔帕容量有限公司（Talpa）等相关机构授权的。浙江广电集团称他们从未将《中国好声音》电视栏目名称转让给包括荷兰Talpa公司在内的任何第三方。

However, the announcement published in 5.19 by Talent Television and Film Co., Ltd claimed that they were authorized by Netherlands Talpa limited company and other relevant agencies to use the name of “The Voice of China”. Zhejiang Radio & Television Group claimed that they had never transferred the TV column name of The voice of China to any third party including Netherlands Talpa company.

        浙江省高级人民法院已经受理了浙江广电集团的诉讼请求。

The higher People's Court of Zhejiang Province has accepted the lawsuit request of Zhejiang Radio &Television Group.
