       2016年杭州GDP达11050亿元，增长9.5%，增幅居中国副省级城市第一。该市已形成了以信息经济为引领、高端服务业为主导、先进制造业为支撑、都市现代农业为基础的产业体系。

In 2016, Hangzhou GDP reached 1,105 billion yuan, an increase of 9.5%, the increase ranked first in vice- provincial cities of China.The city has formed an industrial system,which led by information economy, dominated by the high-end service industry,supported by the advanced manufacturing industry, and baesd on the urban modern agriculture.

       早在2004年，杭州提出实施人才强市战略，力争打造全国领先的人才高地。截至2016年底，杭州累计引进海外留学人员2.5万人，留学人员创办企业1852家。

As early as 2004, Hangzhou put forward the strategy of "talent strengthen city", and strove to build a national top talent highland.As of the end of 2016, Hangzhou had cumulatively introduced overseas students 25 thousand  people, 1,852 enterprises, which founded by overseas students.

       接下来杭州将试点建设国际人才创业创新园，并且打造一批具有国际影响力的特色小镇、离岸创新创业基地、开放式创业街区等。

Next, Hangzhou will start the pilot project  construction of international talent innovation park,and to create a number of internationally characteristic small towns, offshore innovation and entrepreneurship bases, open entrepreneurial blocks, etc..
