中国网浪潮资讯 “拥抱变化的企业家精神在杭州的基因里。”日前，世界经济学家、未来学者约翰·奈斯比特携妻子多丽丝·奈斯比特造访杭州，探讨杭州的城市国际化发展。他认为杭州正在通过自身的努力实现国际化道路，而企业家精神是重要的因素之一。

　　据约翰·奈斯比特预计，到本世纪末，今天70%的职业都会被人工智能和机器人所取代，人们需要终身学习和适应变化的能力。因此，“企业家精神”变得更为可贵。约翰·奈斯比特表示，这个时候，政府如何通过服务和宣传，影响人们接受和拥抱改变，是至关重要的一步。

　　According to John Naisbitt, by the end of this century, 70% of today's jobs will be replaced by artificial intelligence and robots,People need to have the ability of  lifelong learning and the ability to adapt to change.Therefore, "entrepreneurial spirit" has became more valuable.John Naisbitt said,at this point, it is a crucial step for the government to affect people to accept and embrace changes through services and publicity.

　　John Naisbitt graduated from Harvard and the Cornell University, is the expert of "The Belt and Road” international think-tank.Thirty years ago, his book "The Big Trend: The Ten New Directions of Changing  Our Life" influenced the generation of Chinese people to think about future, China, and the world.
