中国网浪潮资讯 近日，浙江企业巨星科技发布公告称，该公司与Masco就受让Arrow100%的股权事项签署了《股权购买协议》，以合计1.25亿美元的价格并购Arrow公司。这也是巨型科技第三起，也是规模最大的一起海外并购。
