CNCAO NEWS On May 12 in Beijing,Malaysia's Digital Economic Development Administration,Hangzhou Municipal Government and Alibaba signed cooperation memorandum in Hangzhou.Two of the main"digital centers"of eWTP,which are Malaysia's Digital Free Trade Zone and China(Hangzhou)cross-border e-commerce comprehensive pilot area,will cause the interconnection.The trade route connecting China and Malaysia,the traditional link between China and the entire world since long time ago,will be the first"digital road"set up by eWTP around the globe.

 

 

　　当日，阿里巴巴董事局主席马云在与马来西亚总理纳吉布就eWTP帮助马来西亚中小企业和年轻人进行对话时也谈到，“马来西亚自由贸易区是eWTP在海外的第一个数字中枢，我们希望这个数字中枢成为大多数发展中国家的样本。”

 

　　That day,at the time Jack Ma,the Chairman of the Board of Alibaba,talking with Najib Razak,Prime Minister of Malaysia,about the issue to render eWTP to help mid-and-small-sized corporations along with adolescents,he said,"Malaysia's Free Trade Zone is the first oversea digital center of eWTP and we all wish it to be a sample for most developing countries."

　　Malaysia's Digital Free Trade Zone is the first oversea"pilot area"jointly formed by Malaysia's Digital Economic Development Administration and Alibaba.With the internet technology as well as big data force of Alibaba,government of Malaysia will enhance the cooperation with Hangzhou in the fields of customs clearance,inspection,permission and so on to get joint exploration of trade facilitation and policy innovation for the sake of creating more convenience for mid-and-small-sized corporations in China and Malaysia to participate in global trade in the future.
