中国网讯  当地4月17日下午，高德地图等权威数据机构发布《2017年第一季度中国主要城市交通分析报告》。报告显示，与去年同期相比，一季度，杭州拥堵延时指数下降17.6%，成为中国“治堵”最显著的城市。

The report shows that traffic congestion indices have dropped by 17.6% in Hangzhou at a quarter year-on-year. Hangzhou has been the city that made the most remarkable effect in traffic congestion management in China.

　　除杭州以外，深圳第一季度拥堵缓解非常显著，与去年同期相比下降10.1%。这两个城市于阳、香港和重庆一起，排在拥堵下降城市的TOP5。与之对应的是，拥堵上升城市TOP5分别是镇江、佛山、长春、无锡和淄博，其中排在首位的镇江市，同比去年，早晚高峰拥堵延时指数涨幅达到9.4%。

Besides Hangzhou , Shenzhen eased congested areas effectively. The index dropped 10.1% in the first quarter year-to-year in Shenzhen. The top 5 less traffic-clogged cities are Hangzhou, Shenzhen, Yuyang, Hong Kong and Chongqing. On the contrary, the top 5 more traffic-clogged cities are Zhenjiang, Foshan, Changchun, Wuxi and Zibo. The No.1 is Zhenjiang. Traffic Congestion Indices up to 9.4% in 2016 at morning and evening rush hours.

　　此外，报道显示，中国四个一线城市中，仅北京留在十大堵城的榜单中。上海、广州和深圳跌出了前10，分别排在第11、第12和第25位。自2016年第一季度起，中国堵城排行榜TOP10逐渐被省会级的二线城市占据。到了2017年第一季度，不仅二线城市几乎全面占领榜单，而且三线城市呼和浩特也开始崭露头角。

Otherwise, the report shows four first-tier cities except Beijing aren’t one of Top 10 traffic-clogged cities. Shanghai was ranked 11, Guangzhou placed 12, Shenzhen ranked 25. These cities slipped out of the top 10. Since the first quarter of 2016, more and more second-tier capital cities made up the top 10 of traffic-clogged cities. In the first quarter of 2017, not only second-tier cities, but also third- tier city-Hohhot starts to make the list.

　　报道称，这种现象，一方面说明，早晚高峰的交通拥堵问题，不再是大型城市的“专利”，而是呈现出向中小型城市蔓延的显著趋势；另一方面说明，此前榜单上的“常客”大型城市对交通拥堵问题愈加重视，政府相关部门所采取的缓堵管理措施取得了有效成果。

It is reported that on one hand, the situation shows traffic jam issue at morning and evening rush hours is not only in big cities. It has expanded to China’s smaller cities, and it is a trend.
