中国网浪潮新闻讯 卷卷的头发，深邃的眼睛，一身蓝色的格子衬衣……北京时间4月19日，在位于杭州经济技术开发区的朗琴社区举行的换届选举现场出现了一位“洋面孔”——来自迪拜的留学生又又(Youssef)。据介绍，为了让境外人士更好融入社区生活，该社区自今年开始把聘请“洋代表”写进居民代表产生办法。

　　又又三年前来杭州留学。他告诉作者，外国留学生到杭州遇到最大的困难就是交流问题，“有些生活配套又是必须要最先了解清楚的。”

Youssef came and study in Hangzhou three years ago. He told our reporters that the biggest problem their foreign students meet in Hangzhou is the communication problem, "some of the life systems you must get to know clearly at first."

　　成为社区居委会委员后，又又表示，将参与社区的日常管理，把留学生提出的问题与建议，及时与社区进行沟通，让他们在杭州能更好的生活。

After become a resident in the community , Youssef said, he will  participate in the daily management of community，communicate with the community immediately with the problems and suggestions presented by foreign students to let them enjoy a better life in Hangzhou.

　　朗琴社区出现“洋代表”只是杭州经济技术开发区推进城市国际化的一个缩影。

　　据了解，杭州经济技术开发区已经集聚了40多个国家和地区的700余家外商投资企业，外企数量占全区规上企业比重近70%，产业国际化程度较高。

　　目前，该区已出台《关于全面深化产城融合提升开发区城市发展水平的实施意见》。根据实施意见，该区力争到2020年成为产城融合发展、特色初步彰显、具有一定影响力的现代化新城。
