当地时间4月18日零时起，浙江海宁楼市限购启动。这也是继嘉善、平湖之后，浙江嘉兴又一个启动楼市限购政策的县级市。

At 0`o clock on April 18th local time, Haining, Zhejiang Province began to restrict house purchases. It is also the third county-level city to begin the property market restrictions after Jiashan and Pinghu in Jiaxing, Zhejiang Province.

　　据浙江海宁市住房与城乡规划建设局官网通报，自2017年4月18日零时起，在海宁市范围内暂停向拥有1套及以上住房的非本市户籍居民家庭出售住房，包括新建商品住房和二手住房。

According to the report from the official website of Bureau of Housing and Municipal and Rural Construction in Haining, Zhejiang Province, began at 0`o clock on April 18th,2017, the government stopped to purchase house to the family who owns one and more houses without the city's household register in the range of Haining, including new commodity housing and second-hand housing.

　　此前，当地时间4月17日12时，浙江平湖全市范围内（不含嘉兴港区）暂停向在该市拥有一套及以上住房的非本市户籍居民家庭出售住房，包括新建商品住房和二手住房。

At 12 o`clock on April 17th local time, the government stopped to purchase house to the family who owns one and more houses without the city's household register in the range of the whole Pinghu(Do not contain Jiaxing Port), Zhejiang Province, including new commodity housing and second-hand housing.

　　一个月前，3月13日，嘉善县决定进一步扩大住房“限购令”范围至全县层面，且二手房也将纳入本次限购范围。

One month ago, on March 13th, Jiashan County decided to expand the range of restrict house purchases to the whole county, and contained the second-hand housing.

　　自今年3月北京房地产管制政策出台以来，全国超过40多个地市纷纷出台各类限购措施。被网友成为“史上最严”调控。

After the Beijing real estate regulation policy were introduced in March of this year, over 40 cities introduced a variety of measures for limiting the purchase and the net citizen call it as the most restrict regulation in history.

　　有专家指出，这充分说明全国各地对于炒房的需求采取了零容忍的做法。

Some experts pointed out that it speaks volume for all parts of the country to adopt the zero tolerance approach to the demand of property speculation.
