中国网浪潮资讯 北京时间4月21日，浙江省省属国企及金融机构与舟山市政府合作共建项目正式签约，参与中国（浙江）自贸试验区建设，项目总数22个，总投资达313.9亿元。

CNCAO April 21th Beijing Time, Zhejiang provincial state-owned enterprises and financial institutions signed the cooperation project with Zhoushan government, participating in China's free trade area construction.The number of project is 22, the total investment reach 31.39 billion yuan.

　　据悉，浙江自贸试验区建设的实施范围全部在舟山群岛新区，由陆域和相关海洋锚地组成，实施范围119.95平方公里，其发展定位为中国东部地区重要海上开放门户示范区、国际大宗商品贸易自由化先导区和具有国际影响力的资源配置基地。

It is reported that the practical range of the free trade area construction is all in new district of Zhoushan islands, Including land and related Marine anchorage and the scope of implementation is 119.95 square kilometers. Its development is located as the important Marine open portal demonstration area in eastern China, the international commodity trade liberalization pilot area and the allocation of resources base with international influence.

　　自4月1日正式挂牌以来，浙江自贸试验区综合服务大厅、信息平台、标识标牌等各项软硬件设施已全部启用，首批12家企业入驻自贸试验区，“东北亚保税燃料油交易中心”“浙江海港大宗商品交易中心”已挂牌成立，保税燃料油、液化天然气产品在中国（浙江）大宗商品交易中心有限公司正式挂牌上线交易，自贸试验区的相关条例制定、制度创新、招商引资、机构设置等工作也在有序推进。

The fist 12 enterprises entered the free trade area. The Northeast Asia bonded fuel oil trading center and the Zhejiang harbor commodity trading center has established formally. The bonded fuel oil and Liquefied natural gas products began to trade in China (Zhejiang) commodity trading center co., LTD. The works in free trade area such as relevant rules, system innovation, investment promotion and capital introduction and institution setting are in progress orderly.

　　此次签约项目的合作方除了有浙江海港集团、浙江省旅游集团等省属国资企业，还有中国进出口银行浙江省分行等7家金融机构，将通过金融支持的具体举措，拓展区内实体经济的成长空间，促进其在更高水平上参与国际合作与竞争。

The contract partners in this project include not only the provincial governing enterprises such as Zhejiang port group and Zhejiang tourism group, but also the export-import bank of China zhejiang branch and seven financial institutions. They plan to expand the growth space of the real economy in the area through the specific measures by providing financial support in order to promote their international cooperation and competition on a higher level.

　　浙江省国资委相关负责人介绍，签约项目总投资约313.9亿元，5家金融机构入驻中国（浙江）自由贸易试验区，授信金额达2100亿元。

The relevant person in charge of state-owned assets supervision and administration commission of zhejiang province introduced that the project`s total investment is about 31.39 billion yuan. There are five financial institutions enter China (Zhejiang) free trade area and the credit amount is reach 210 billion yuan.
