中国网浪潮新闻讯 为保护百姓学车权益，加强驾培行业监管，近日，杭州市在前期开展试点的基础上，全面推广应用驾培行业动态人脸识别系统，杭州成为全国首家使用动态人脸识别系统加强行业监管的城市。

　　

　　CNCAO NEWS Recently,in order to protect people’s legal right of learning driving and strengthen the supervision of driving training industry,Hangzhou promoted the application of the dynamic face recognition system in driving training industry comprehensively on the basis of previous pilot. Hangzhou became the first city to use dynamic face recognition system to strengthen industry regulation.

　　

　　据介绍，杭州市于2016年7月开发应用驾培行业动态人脸识别系统，该系统以人脸识别技术为核心，包含人脸检测、人脸跟踪、人脸比对三个部分。

　　

　　According to reports, Hangzhou developed the application of driving training industry dynamic face recognition system in July 2016. The system is based on face recognition technology,which includes three parts: face detection, face tracking and face comparison.

　　

　　与此前的指纹识别系统相比，该系统将显著提高驾培行业信息化监管水平，杜绝教练员离岗和学时造假的行为，更好地保障学员的个人利益，有利于全面净化驾培行业市场秩序。

　　

　　Compared with the previous fingerprint identification system, the system will improve the level of informationized management of driving training industry significantly.It will also put an end to the behavior of coach leaving the post without permission and forging learning time.It is better to protect the personal interests of learners and is favourable to purify the market order of driving training industry comprehensively.

　　

　　目前，该市共有汽车培训机构124家，教练员8931人，教练车7596辆，近五年报名学车人数年均33万人，交通部门计划于6月底完成该市教练车的系统安装调试工作，9月份全面启用。
