中国网浪潮新闻讯 按照国际上的通行标准，一个国家或地区进入老龄化社会的判定是“60岁以上人口占总人口比例达到10%，或65岁以上人口占总人口比例达到7%。”。4月19日，杭州市民政局公布了杭州老年人数据分析报告，报告显示，每100个杭州人中，老年人的数量已经超过了21个。

　　报告还显示，按户籍人口统计，截至2016年底，该市总人口数738.29万人，其中60岁以上老年人口159.13万人，占总人口数的21.55%。比上年增加8.23万人，增长5.45%；65岁以上老年人口104.79万人，占总人口的14.19%；80岁以上高龄老人27.18万人，占老年人口的17.08%。

The report also shows that, according to the household registration statistics, as of the end of 2016, the city's total population is 7,382,900, the population of aged over 60 years among them is 1,591,300, which accounting for 21.55% of the total population. Increased 82,300 people over the previous year, an increase of 5.45%; the population of aged over 65 years is 1,047,900, accounting for the total population of more than 14.19%; the number of elders aged over 80 years old is 271,800, accounting for 17.08% of the aging population.

　　在百岁老人方面，截至2016年底，杭州全市百岁老人430人，比上年增加70人。全市最年长的是江干区凯旋街道华家池社区吴芝英（女）老人，1908年5月出生，已108岁高龄。

In terms of centenarians, as of the end of 2016, Hangzhou has 430 centenarians, an increase of 70 over the previous year. The eldest in the city is Wu Zhiying (female), who lived in Jianggan District Huajiachi Kaixuan Street Community, born in May 1908, is 108 years old.

　　目前，杭州市人口老龄化发展迅速的同时，老年人口高龄化趋势也越发明显。这既说明杭州人越来越长寿，同时也对未来杭州的养老服务提出了更高的要求。
