中国网浪潮资讯 北京时间4月26日上午，中国浙江浦江县政府与中国华信能源有限公司正式签订水晶小镇投资协议，下个月小镇将开工建设。这标志浦江要成为“世界水晶产销中心”的投资人已经找到。

CNCAO NEWS  On April 26th morning Beijing time,China Zhejiang Pujiang county government and China Huaxin Energy Limited company officially signed a crystal town investment agreement,agree to start construction of the town next month.This marks the investors,who will make Pujiang to become the world's crystal production and marketing center,has been found.

　　据了解，浦江水晶制造商已从最高峰时的22000多家加工作坊缩减到了526家水晶企业，年产值则从整治前的57.8亿元上升到去年的90.1亿元，今年一季度产值、税收又同比增长了37%、130%。

It is understood that the crystal manufacturers have reduced from the peak of the more than 22 thousand processing workshops to the 526 crystal enterprises,the annual output value of 5 billion 780 million yuan from the previous year, up to $9 billion 10 million last year,in the first quarter of this year, the output value, tax revenue grew by 37%, and 130% respectively.

　　然而，距离“成为全国乃至世界的水晶产销中心”的目标，浦江亟需搭建一个平台，而这个平台就是水晶小镇。

However, from the "national and even the world's crystal production and marketing center,"the goal, need to build a platform,and this platform is the crystal town.

　　为此，早在去年6月8日，第二届中东欧博览会上，浦江与中国华信就建设水晶小镇进行了接洽，今年4月17日，浦江与中国华信全面谈成水晶小镇建设的具体合作项目。

Therefor,as early as June 8 last year,on the second session of the Central and Eastern Europe Exposition,Pujiang and Chian Huaxin made anapproach about the the construction of crystal town.April 17th this year,Pujiang and China Huaxin comprehensive negotiated the specific cooperation projects of crystal town building.

　　据初步测算，浦江水晶小镇建成后，预期年营业收入可达130亿元，其中水晶制品业主营业务收入100亿元，实现利税总额13亿元，距离成为“全国乃至世界的水晶产销中心”的目标更进一步。

According to preliminary estimates, after the completion of the Pujiang crystal town the expected annual operating income can reach 13 billion yuan,among them, the crystal products industry main business income of 10 billion yuan,to achieve the total profits and taxes of 1.3 billion,closer to the target of becoming an"national and the world's crystal production and marketing center".
