中国网浪潮资讯 北京时间4月25日，多家媒体代表在杭州市首届新闻作品版权保护大会上共同倡议加强新闻作品版权保护，并提议成立了新闻作品保护联盟，此举或开启新闻作品维权新时代。

CNCAO NEWS April 25th Beijing Time, various media representatives proposed to strengthen the news work copyright protection and suggested to establish the union for conservation of news works at the first news work copyright protection convention in Hangzhou. The action will open the new era of securing the news work rights probably.

　　近年来，随着互联网技术的迅猛发展，信息的传播方式发生了极大改变：传播面扩大了，但信源却模糊了，很多新闻人的原创稿件被肆意转载甚至无标注转载，极大挫伤了原创积极性。会上，多位专家就此问题发表了看法。

In recent years, the transmission of information has got a great change with the rapid development of Internet technology. For instance, the spread surface has expanded but the source of information is not clear. Many original manuscripts are reprinted arbitrarily, some even reprinted without label. The action damp down the original motivation greatly. Some experts talked about this question at the meeting.

　　杭州市网信办副主任杨泽伟认为，强化新闻版权保护工作需要做到以下几点：一是坚持和强化新闻媒体的行业自律，充分发挥行业组织的作用，加强行业合作，形成业界合力；二是运用好法律武器，全行业共同努力，鼓励多元主体参与，建立协同联动机制；三是运用新技术，加快网络监管平台建设，加强新闻作品版权保护。

Yang Zewei, the deputy director of the office of the Central Leading Group for Cyberspace Affairs in Hangzhou, thinks that we should do as the followings to strengthen news work copyright protection. Firstly, insisting and strengthen the self-discipline of news media industry, playing the role of industry organization adequately, strengthening the cooperation of the industry to form the collective industry. Secondly, using the legal weapon, making the industry to work together, encouraging the participation of multiple main body and establishing the  coordination mechanism. Thirdly, using the new technology to speed up the construction of network platform and strengthen the news work copyright protection.

　　此外，浙江传媒大学新闻与传播学院院长助理、博士后崔波、杭州市中级人民法院民四庭法官张书青、中新社浙江分社副社长柴燕菲、杭州日报报业集团党委委员姚丽萍、杭州市文化广播电视集团总编室主任翁晓华等人也从各自的工作领域表达了相关看法。

In addition, the dean assistant of the school of journalism and communication in Zhejiang University Of Media And Communications and the postdoctoral Cuibo, The fourth people court`s judge in Hangzhou intermediate people's court Zhang Shuqing, the vice president of China News Agency Zhejiang branch Chai Yanfei, the Party committee of Hangzhou daily newspaper group Yao Liping and the director of the editor's office, Hangzhou Culture Radio and Television Group Weng Xiaohua also spoke something from their own working areas.
