中国网4月26日讯 作为中国首艘由地方政府投入打造的舟山远洋生产指挥船“普远801”轮，再过几天即可抵达秘鲁港。该船是为了在东南太平洋公海上建立全国首个远洋渔业流动基地而配备。这一创举，舟山不仅领跑中国全国，更受到了中国外交部、农业部和中国国驻外使馆的高度肯定。

　　CNCAO NEWS   “As the first Zhoushan ocean production command ship made by investment of local government,”Puyuan 801” will arrive in the port of Peru in a few days.The ship is designed for the first distant fishery base in high seas of the Southeast Pacific.This initiative,not only makes Zhoushan run in the forefront of China,but also wins highly affirmation of the Chinese Ministry of foreign affairs,the Ministry of agriculture and the Embassy of China.

　　从去年开始，舟山政府开始谋划：投入1000万元，由市海洋与渔业局和国家远洋渔业基地建设发展集团有限公司携手合作，在东南太平洋公海渔场配一艘远洋生产指挥船；建立舟山国家远洋渔业基地南美办事处；并延伸在秘鲁、乌拉圭临近国家境外摸索建立南美公共配套保障服务基地。

Since last year，the Zhoushan government began to develop a plan: Investing 10 million yuan,Municipal Oceanic and Fishery Bureau should cooperates with the national offshore fishing base construction and Development Group Co., Ltd.to equip an ocean production command ship in high seas fishery of the Southeast Pacific;Establish a national office of distant fishery base in Zhoushan and extend matching South American public support service bases established outside the borders of neighboring countries like Peru and Uruguay.

　　舟山市海洋与渔业局相关负责人介绍，这艘远洋生产指挥船主要承担东南太平洋公海流动基地的职责，主要开展渔业安全执法、海上治安管理，以及海上医疗诊治、应急抢险、渔船生产生活物资捎带等服务。

The relevant person in charge of Zhoushan Ocean and Fishery Bureau introduced that the ship was mainly responsible for high seas of the southeast Pacific mobile base.It mainly carries out the following service:fishery safety law enforcement,Maritime security management,medical treatment, emergency rescue, transportation of fishing production and living materials.

　　南美办事处则主要负责调度生产指挥船，打造海上配套流动基地；对接我国驻外使馆、当地政府部门，并指导帮助企业、船东和3家境外代理，做好船员境外管理；同时为舟山在南美建立海外公共配套基地提供相应支撑，搭建一个舟山渔业对外合作交流的窗口等工作。

South American office is responsible for scheduling production command ship to build matching maritime mobile bases and docking with our embassies and local government departments and helping guide enterprises, ship owners and 3 overseas agents to do the management of seafarers abroad.At the same time it should establish matching overseas public bases in South Africa to support accordingly in Zhoushan and set up a window for Zhoushan fishery cooperation and exchange.
