中国网浪潮资讯  一季度，中国温州市跨境电商B2C出口需求旺盛，国际邮包出口140万件,出口金额约8360万元人民币。前三个月出口分别为2500万元、2956万元、2904万元，增长势头强劲。主要出口产品为饰品类、礼品类、汽配类、服装类、眼镜类、其他类等，占比分别为20.3%、16.4%、16.2%、12.1%、10.2%、24.8%；主要出口到西班牙、俄罗斯、巴西、美国等107个国家。

CNCAO NEWS In the first quarter, demand for China's Wenzhou cross-border E-commerce exports B2C export was strong,exported1.4 million pieces of International parcels andexports amounted about 83.6 million yuan. The first three months of exports were 25 million yuan, 29.56 million yuan, 29.04 million yuan, which embodiesstrong growth momentum. The main export products are jewelry category, gift category, auto parts, clothing category, glasses category and other categories, accounting for 20.3%, 16.4%, 16.2%, 12.1%, 10.2%, 24.8%,respectively, mainly exported to Spain, Russia, Brazil, the United States and other 107 countries.

　　从产品结构来看，温州市跨境电商出口主打产品都是“温州制造”，走中高端路线，产品附加值较高，单个邮包申报的平均价格在60元左右，相比浙江省其他地区跨境电商出口产品价格约高出30%。

　　As for product structure, the main products of Wenzhou cross-border E-commerce export are "Wenzhou manufacturing" withhighervalue-added, taking the high-end route.The average price of a single postal package is 60 yuan, which is 30% higher than other parts of Zhejiang Province Cross-border E-commerce export.

　　温州市跨境电商工作得到了海关、国税等相关部门的大力支持，基本上复制了杭州跨境电商综试区有关政策。从4月1日开始，通关参照执行简化申报模式，允许温州跨境电商出口企业对不涉及出口征税、出口退税、许可证管理且金额在人民币5000元以内的跨境电商出口货物，可以按照《进出口税则》以4位品目进行申报，实行“清单核放、汇总统计”，快速通关。

　　Wenzhou cross-border E-commerceis supported by the customs, tax and other relevant departments, basically copied the relevant policies of Hangzhou cross-border E-commerce comprehensive pilot area. From April 1, customs implemented the simplified declaration model to allow Wenzhou cross-border E-commerce export enterprisesdeclare goods which iswithin 5000 yuan and do not involve export tax, export tax rebate, license management,as the 4 - digit heading. The new modelbased on import and export tariffs,implement "List kernel, summarystatistics"in order to achieve fast customs clearance.

　　二季度，随着快速通关模式的落地，将带动温州市跨境电商出口呈倍式增长，预计温州市国际邮包出口将达250万件,出口金额将突破1.5亿元。

　　In the second quarter, implementingthe fast clearance modewill spur Wenzhou cross-border E-commerce exports to have doubled growth,it’s expected that Wenzhou international parcel exports will reach 2.5 million and the amount of exports will exceed 150 million yuan.
