中国网浪潮资讯  北京时间4月24日，杭州海关工作人员清点查获的侵权商标。当日，杭州海关对外公布，经权利人确权，该关近日在舟山货运出口渠道查获的34.3万件商标为侵权产品，侵犯了相关品牌商标权。目前，杭州海关已根据权利人提出的知识产权海关保护申请，依法扣留了这批侵权货物并立案调查。

CNCAO NEWS Beijing time April 24th, Hangzhou customs staff check the seized the infringement trademark. The day, the Hangzhou customs announced that after the obliges’ authentic right, the customers seized 34.3 million trademarks in the Zhoushan freight export channel recently are the infringement products which infringe on the relevant trademark’s rights. Currently, the Hangzhou customers has already detained the infringing goods legally and investigated according to the obliges’ proposed customs protection application of intellectual property.
