中国网浪潮资讯   最近，中国新闻传播学界、业界的多位专家齐聚浙江杭州，探讨媒介融合变革时代需要怎样的新闻传播，专家们认为，融合成为当代新闻传播业态的主要特征，在新闻传播业态发展变革中发挥着基础和先导性作用的新闻传播教育面临挑战。

CNCAO NEWS    Recently,several experts in Chinese academia and industry of journalistic communication gathered in Hangzhou,discussing what kind of journalistic communication should be needed in the era of media convergence,experts thought that integration is the main characteristic of modern journalism and communication,but the education of the field which plays a basic and leading role in the development of journalistic industry is facing challenges.

　　暨南大学新闻与传播学院院长范以锦、复旦大学信息与传播研究中心主任黄旦、浙江日报报业集团总编辑鲍洪俊等发表主题演讲，从多个角度分析现今新闻传播教育改革态势。

The dean of Journalism and Communication School,Jinan University,Fan Yijin,The director of Information and Communication Studies Center,Fudan University and the Chief Editor of Zhejiang Daily Newspaper Group,Bao Hongjun gave their speeches which analyzed the current situation of educational reforms in journalistic communication from many angles.

　　范以锦提出，新闻传播教育要重视培养学生的内容创新和内容置换能力。“内容为王”的内涵，已经从过去的强调新闻作品质量，发展为强调语境和连接，即通过确定服务对象，用不同的内容连接核心用户。

Fan Yijin pointed out,the education of journalistic communication should attach importance to cultivate students’ ability of innovation and replacement. “Content is the king” changed from emphasizing the quality of news works in the past to emphasize the context and links,that is to say,it uses different content to connect the core customers by determining the service objects.

　　黄旦分析了近20年来新闻业的几次重大转变，他认为，在如此巨大的变革下，对新闻传播学科建设应该有全局性的思考。他提出，新闻传播教育应该开拓新的知识体系，重新思考学科体系中一些根本性的概念，考虑不再以媒介形式为根据来划分和设计专业等。

Huang Dan analyzed several major changes in Journalism during the recent 20 years,he thought,we should think about the construction of journalistic communication deeply under such great changes. He pointed out that education of journalistic communication should develop new system of knowledge,rethink some fundamental concepts in the discipline system and don’t divide or design majors according to the form of media any more.

　　“媒体融合变革时代的新闻传播教育改革”高峰论坛是浙大120周年校庆活动的组成部分。浙大传媒与国际文化学院还举行聘任仪式，多位业内人才受聘担任学院专业硕士业界导师，助力新闻传播教育学产生互动。

The summit about the “Reform of Journalistic Communication Education in the Era of media convergence” is a part of Zhejiang University 120 anniversary celebration activities. The School of Media and International Culture,Zhejiang University also held the ceremony of appointment,a number of professionals in this field were employed as tutors of professional masters which helped education of journalistic communication to interact.
