中国网浪潮资讯 北京时间4月23日，浙江省围棋协会秘书长卢俊和表示，2017年对中国围棋来说是重要的一年，包括围棋在内的19个非奥项目进入全运会，即将在浙江省桐乡市乌镇举办的“中国乌镇围棋峰会”，这都将是为围棋的发展带来了春风。他说，在今后三至五年里，协会将走向全面改革，争创浙江模式。

Lu Jun-he , the Secretary of Zhejiang Province said that 2017 is very important for China, 19 non-Olympic projects including Go are taken into the National Games, "China Wu-zhen Go Summit" will be held in Wu-zheng, Tong-xiang city, Zhejiang Province, which will develop the Go. He said that in the next three to five years, the association will go to a comprehensive reform, striving for Zhejiang model.

　　当天，2016-2017年度浙江省围棋协会工作会议在杭州市举行。浙江省围协副主席陈勇对过去一年的工作做了总结，浙江省协会秘书长卢俊和就今后三到五年的协会发展计划做了汇报。

2016 - 2017 Zhejiang Province Go Association meeting held in Hangzhou that day, Chen Yong, vice chairman of the Zhejiang Association made a summary of the work in the past year. Lu Jun-he, Zhejiang Province Secretary-General, did a report about the Association's development plan in the next three to five years.

　　本次会议透露出一个新的主题，那就是协会正迈步走向全面改革。

The meeting revealed a new theme, that is, the Association is moving towards a comprehensive reform.

　　卢俊和一再强调了将于今年5月举办的“中国乌镇围棋峰会”的重要性，协会必须全力配合办好这项举世瞩目的活动。除此，他还要求浙江省围棋队在协会的领导下，必须圆满完成在今年全运会上争金夺银，以及重新回归全国围棋甲级联赛阵营这两大任务，并以此为契机大力推进协会产业化工作。

Lu Jun-he repeatedly stressed that the importance of the "China Wu-zhen Go Summit", which will be held in May this year, and the association must fully cooperate with this world-renowned event. In addition, he also asked, under the leadership of the Association, Zhejiang Province chess team must complete these two mission- compete for medals in this year's National Games and return to the national Go League camp ,thus promote the industrialization of the Association.

　　此外，在会上，浙江省围棋协会分别与浙江省非奥项目运动管理中心、浙江昆仑控股集团签订了合作协议。省围棋队交由协会代为管理，合作建立昆仑围棋俱乐部，这两件事正是社会办体育、协会产业化的全新尝试。

In addition, Zhejiang Province Go Association signed cooperation agreements with Zhejiang non-Olympic project sports management center and Zhejiang Kunlun Holding Group at the meeting. Let Association manage the Provincial chess team and establish Kunlun Go Club, is a new attempt of society holding sports as well as association industrialization.
