中国网浪潮资讯  近日，世界著名学术出版商德国斯普林格(Springer)发布消息，称其旗下的期刊《肿瘤生物学》(Tumor Biology)因作者编造审稿人和审稿意见而撤稿107篇论文。

　　据统计，被撤稿的107篇论文作者来自125家中国研究机构，其中涉及浙江的医院和高校有12家，涉及32人。

According to statistics, the author of withdrew 107 papers are from 125 Chinese research institutions, including 12 Zhejiang universitiesand hospitals, involving 32 people.

　　对于斯普林格的撤稿事件，杭州某三甲医院泌尿科医生王浅(应受访者要求，用化名)用了“有创意”三个字。

For Springer's retraction events, Wang Qian(this is a pseudonym as he demanded),a urologist from a top three hospital in Hangzhou used this word:original.

　　他表示，以前听说的大部分都是数据造假，但是冒用本领域专家的名字申请邮件地址，在专家不知情的情况下，从虚假邮箱向期刊提供正面夸赞论文的审稿意见的方式，他是第一次听说。“相当于自己既当选手，又做裁判员。”

He said that most things heard before are data fraud, but assumed the expert’s identity in the field for the e-mail address when the expert knew nothing about it and provided the positive comments about praising his papers from false mail to journal, Wang Qian have never heard of that. 　　对于涉嫌造假的医生，王浅并不同情。“医生之间，大家都是辛苦人，都是在现有规则下拼搏努力。要遵循现有规则去做事情的。像这种方式，就是一种学术不端，学术道德恶劣。对医院的名誉、学校的名誉都有损害。”

Wang Qian were not so sympathetic with the alleged fraud doctors.He said, "Between doctors, we are all hard people, struggling to work under the existing rules. Follow the rules to do things. In this way, it is a kind of academic misconduct. Damage the reputation of the hospitals anduniversities."

　　学界专家熊丙奇认为，中国要建立起与国际接轨的学术管理与评价体系。 “一个真正严肃的学者，根本不会请‘第三方机构’发表论文。”

Xiong Bingqi, one of the academic experts believes that China should establish an international academic management and evaluation system. "A truly serious scholar will never ask the third parties to publish papers."
