　　作者查阅相关资料后发现，这种情况不止在杭州出现，全国多地已有相关案例。山东济南同样的事情甚至被英国《泰晤士报》网站报道过。对此网友也纷纷调侃：很好、很有创意、很国际化……

　　有金融界专家认为，真正的困难者以此方式乞讨也无可厚非。但是警方提醒，这样的二维码乞讨很有可能是一种炒作或者诈骗手段，通过二维码可能窃取当事人账户信息，也希望广大民众提高警惕。

Some financial experts believe that it gives no ground for blame that people who really have difficulty beg in this way. But police warned that two-dimensional code begging like this is likely to be a mean of speculation or fraud. Account information of interested parties may be stolen by two-dimensional code. Police also hope public can heighten the vigilance.
