中国网浪潮资讯北京时间4月27日晚,中国首艘货运飞船天舟一号飞行任务取得圆满成功,空间实验室飞行任务实现完美收官。浙江大学王金福团队正在对传输回地球的人骨髓间充质干细胞太空影像进行观察分析,这一项实验将能够解答,太空微重力环境下人体骨钙的流失机制,科学家将在实验基础上找到治疗靶点,找出骨质疏松的预防和治疗方案。

CNCAO NEWS On the evening of April 27,Beijing time,China's first cargo ship“Tianzhou-1”fly the mission successfully,completing missions of space laboratory.Zhejiang University Wang Jinfu team is observing and analyzing the space images of human bone mesenchymal stem cells(hMSCs),this experiment will explain the loss of human bone calcium mechanism in the zero gravity of space,and scientists will find the prevention and treatment of osteoporosis,on the basis of experiment.
宇航员在经历了一段时间的太空飞行回到地球后,往往会感觉“腿软”,难以站立,这是因为航天员的身体出现了骨钙的大量流失。
When turn back to earth after flying for a period of time in space,astronauts often feel weak in the legs and difficult to stand,because the astronaut has loss of bone calcium.
在正常情况下,人体内的骨质总是保持着动态平衡,生成量和流失量基本一致。但在太空微重力环境下,这一平衡被打破,骨质疏松是宇航员普遍面临的问题。
Under normal circumstances,bones in the human body is always maintained a dynamic balance,the amount of production and loss is basically the same.But in the space zero gravity environment,the balance is broken,osteoporosis is the general problem happened to astronauts.
“宇航员的骨质疏松是由于骨量丢失增加和生成量的减少共同造成的。”浙江大学生命科学学院教授王金福说。去年,王金福团队就将一批人骨髓间充质干细胞送上“实践十号”微重力科学实验卫星,研究人员分析发现,经历过太空飞行的干细胞不能够分化成骨细胞,转而分化成脂肪细胞。
“The osteoporosis of astronauts is caused by bone loss increasing and production reducing."Wang Jinfu,a professor of the College of Life Science in Zhejiang University said.Last year,Wang Jinfu team sent a group of MSCs to the“SJ-10"zero gravity Scientific Experiment Satellite.The researchers found that experienced space flight stem cells can not differentiate osteoblasts,and then into fat cell.
研究人员表示,由于骨质生成的速度较慢,即便是宇航员返回地面,骨质疏松的症状还会持续较长一段时间。
Researchers said that because of the slow pace of bone formation,even astronauts return to the ground,osteoporosis symptoms will continue for a long time.
王金福说,虽然研究人员对宇航员“骨质疏松”的现象已经有了科学结论,但干细胞定向分化为骨细胞的过程,还一直没有在真正的太空环境中得到详细观察,本次天舟一号上的实验就将对干细胞进行7天时间的“天地”对照观察。
Wang Jinfu said that although the researchers came to a scientific conclusion of astronauts“osteoporosis”phenomenon,but the process of stem cell differentiating into bone cells,has not observed in detail in the real space environment.The experiment in“Tianzhou-1”will have a control observation-"Space and Earth"on the stem cells for 7 days.
