中国网浪潮资讯 北京时间5月4日，经浙江省检验检疫科学技术研究院鉴定，杭州海关于早前（4月30日）截获的一批走私鱼苗为欧洲鳗鲡，属于濒危物种，总价值超过100万元。携带这批鱼苗入境的旅客，涉嫌濒危物种走私且涉案金额巨大，将受到进一步惩处。

CNCAO NEWS In May 4BeiJing time, according to Zhejiang Provincial Institute of inspection and quarantine, the batch of fry intercepted by Hangzhou customs in April 30 were confirmed to be Anguilla anguillas, a kind of endangered species which could be as worthy as over one million yuan.

　　作者了解到，欧洲鳗鲡被列入《华盛顿公约》CITES名录II保护动物，是限制贸易物种，取得濒危物种贸易证书方可贸易。由于欧洲鳗鲡的生活习性和生理特性，目前中国尚无法进行大面积人工养殖培育，主要从大西洋沿岸盛产野生鳗鲡的欧洲国家进口。

Journalist has been told that Anguilla anguillas, on the list of CITES Ⅱprotected animals in Washington Convention, is a kind of restricted trade species which could not be merchandised only with Certificate of trade in Endangered Species. Due to the unique life habits and physiological property of the Anguilla anguillas, this fry could not be artificially cultivated in large scales and the needs are mainly satisfied by importing from European countries abundant in wild Anguilla anguillas along the Atlantic.

　　据悉，鱼苗属于水生动物产品，是《中华人民共和国禁止携带、邮寄进境的动植物及其产品名录》中明令禁止携带进境的物品，如需从境外引进，必须事先提出申请，办理检疫审批手续。

It is said that fry, attributed to aquatic products, is a kind of product that prohibited by official order to be carried inbound according to List of animals, plants and their products prohibited from carrying or mailing in People's Republic of China. If one needs to import them from outbound, it is a must to hand in application in advance for quarantine approval procedures.

　　据相关人员表示，走私鱼苗情节严重、性质恶劣，如若发现，检疫部门将对其进行严肃处理。中国对来自境外的水产品有严格的检疫要求，许多鱼类极易携带传染性胰脏坏死病及相关寄生虫病，这些病害均有可能危害国门生物安全和破坏中国渔业生产。

According to relevant workers, if the behavior of smuggling fry is extremely severe and bad-influential, sanitary authority would definitely take it seriously. China has a rather strict sanitary request for outbound aquatic products in case for some kind of fish could be easily spread infectious pancreatic necrosis along with related parasitic diseases which might be highly dangerous for our native creatures and the producing of our own fishery.

　　这批欧洲鳗鲡下一步将移交有关部门进行处理。

The batch of Anguilla anguillas will be transferred to the relevant departments to be handled.
