中国网浪潮资讯 近日，浙江省出台《加快培育浙江本土民营跨国公司三年行动计划》，以推进更高层次的开放型经济，更好地助力浙江“走出去”，据悉，2012年以来，从产品走出去，到资本走出去，“浙江例子”始终走在中国前列。

　　吉利集团并购沃尔沃、均胜电子收购美德两国汽车零部件行业巨头……2013年以来，浙江省跨国并购累计409起，备案并购额150亿美元，80%以上投向欧、美、日等发达国家，70%以上集中于汽车及零部件、机电装备、生物医药等先进制造业领域。跨国并购通过整合境外先进技术、高端品牌、营销网络等，培养了万向、吉利、万丰等一批本土跨国企业，成为浙江产业向价值链中高端跃升的利器。

Cross-border mergers and acquisitions cultivate the Wanxiang, Geely, Wanfeng and a number of local multinational companies through the integration of foreign advanced technology, high-end brands, marketing network, become a powerful tool that makes the Zhejiang industry move up the value chain.

　　2012年至今，是浙江企业走出去的“黄金时代”，实现了从产品走出去到资本走出去的大跨越。当前，浙江省对外投资已覆盖142个国家和地区，5年对外直接投资累计610.3亿美元，年均增长45.8%。

　　从国务院批复《浙江舟山群岛新区发展规划》，舟山群岛新区成为全国首个以海洋经济为主题的国家级新区，到从义乌出发直抵西班牙马德里的国际班列；到杭州设立全国首个跨境电商综试区；再到举世瞩目的G20杭州峰会，以及不久前浙江自由贸易试验区的正式挂牌。5年来，位于东海之滨的浙江外拓市场、内强筋骨，树起一个个开放发展的里程碑，掀起一场场竞逐全球的“浙江潮”，成为中国开放发展的“急先锋”。
